If I could do less than one star I would. I just had the worst experience with the owner of this store. My print job was supposed to be on cardstock but they did it on regular paper. The owner immediately jumped to making it my fault and that I didn't ask for cardstock. I commented check the estimate, to which I was correct. I received no apology. When I attempted to give advice about not jumping to the customer being wrong before checking your records she didn't want to hear any of this. They even went back on their word of saying they would invoice me and tried to collect the money right then. Then she threatened to call the police on me. By the time I was done she was screaming at me from the back of the store saying don't ever come back. Clearly this will not be a problem. I warn anyone who ever dealt with M&M printing prior to this new owner, they are no where near as nice as Mark and Peggy. I will be sure to spread the word NOT to do business with this company. read more

The owner here is wonderful. Does a great, high quality job and will go out of his way to help you. Aside from what he did for me, I watched as others came in and he helped them solve problems. Great customer service, and they care. read more

This review is based only on my experience with their public notary service…read more I had a document that has to be notarized. Unfortunately, the free notary service at my banks only notarize bank related documents. After calling around I found that both AAA and The UPS Store offer public notary services for $5 per "stamp". I chose the latter because 1) no appointment would be required, 2) its location is more convenient for me to piggyback with other errands. The staff were all wearing masks; however, there's no hand sanitizers anywhere. After a short wait I was quickly served. Nothing wrong with this but I was a bit surprised to learn that the cashier herself is the public notary. Everything went through as expected until when she rang me up. "That'll be $9," she said. I was confused. I asked if it was because it was a deed so it cost more. She said there were the $2 clerical fee and the $2 witness fee. Talk about hidden fees! Needless to say, I wasn't happy. $2 clerical fee for ringing up, and $2 for another cashier's autograph?! I called and confirmed: AAA on Trindle Road costs $5, period, no gimmicks, no hidden charges like this one. The only drawback is you would have to make an appointment. With the bad aftertaste, I won't be back -- unless I'm in a hurry.

I highly recommend! Very friendly, expert service. I love being able to just email my documents and just walk in and pick them up. So convenient! They never charge me for a few black and white copies. Way cheaper than buying printer ink that just dries up. A genuinely super couple with great customer service! Amy Roberts read more
