The owner immediately jumped to making it my fault and that I didn't ask for cardstock. I commented check the estimate, to which I was correct. I received no apology. When I attempted to give advice about not jumping to the customer being wrong before checking your records she didn't want to hear any of this. They even went back on their word of saying they would invoice me and tried to collect the money right then. Then she threatened to call the police on me. By the time I was done she was screaming at me from the back of the store saying don't ever come back. Clearly this will not be a problem. I warn anyone who ever dealt with M&M printing prior to this new owner, they are no where near as nice as Mark and Peggy. I will be sure to spread the word NOT to do business with this company.

They're reasonably priced. The store is clean and well kept. The service is prompt. They follow up your transaction with a confirming e-mail. And when they say something, you can count on it. At one point we were considering sending our luggage to an overseas destination via UPS. We thought it would save time, money and hassel. The folks at UPS Store/Colonnade told us it wasn't worth our while. Who turns away business? I guess it's people that want you to come back. Which I have, time after time and will continue to do. People who know me on this site or elsewhere know I don't get enthusiastic about much of anything, let alone a store that transports packages and other stuff, prints in 3-D and packs like the pros they are.

What happened to this store!…read more Shopped here many years. Walked in today about 1:45 on a Friday afternoon. Tried to get something laminated. Guy at the counter wouldn't even make eye contact with me, I stood there for 5 minutes. Then he mentioned without eye contact that I would need to wait a few minutes. I walked away. I found a little box of envelopes I needed, LAST one on the shelf. Sliced all over with box cutter incisions. Like $60 for a box, but I needed them so ok. Entered checkout queue. 1 patron in front of me. He finished, so I placed my purchase on the counter. Cashier didn't even acknowledge me. Some guy walked up to the side counter and started asking about camera batteries! I lost my cool. I said OK, take care of this rude walk up customer, I'll wait . I want your attention. Camera guy left. Still no attention. Not asked if I had Staples rewards, etc. Then some Karen walks up behind me, starts demanding service from cashier. Says she has been waiting a long time! Cashier again ignores customer in front of him. I say sarcastically "hey, obviously Karen was here first, I am so sorry to inconvenience you with a sale, why don't you go help her?" He threw my stuff and receipt in the bag, never said more. He made excuses then to Karen, lots of folks off at lunch, he is only one here to deal with up to 3 customers! Thinking of the thousands I spent at this store, obviously overpaid. Found same purchase online for $20. WHY would I Ever shop here again? Obviously so I can create havoc for entitled line jumping Karen's, burned out copy center people with no customer service incentive,? Maybe to stand out front with employees to smoke a cig while customers wait (they are SO hidden by the front door). Maybe it's just this store. Seems like a desperate cry for help from management. Is this store about to close from apathy?

Had to ship a package recently. Deeply offensive interface. I hope someone gets fired for that cold mess, but know they saved money so got a bonus while quality of service went down. final time I called, the chap who was outside the US, told me that the aiprort can take packages until 715 pm. Great news. got to the airport at 630 and they locked the door behind me. 630 is the cutoff and has been for 2 BLOODY MONTHS. at least the shipment was exceedingly expensive. the airport folks were 5 stars. this site, who knows? I never could speak to them. They and the phone tree can have a 1. If you have questions, drive there I guess. Made USPS look good, except, ahem, they were closed. Next time, I'll try UPS.

I've been to Cartridge World in the Giant shopping center in State College several times now and they are extremely pleasant and customer focused. They go out of their way to help you. Today I brought in a cartridge that my HP printer said was having an issue, but couldn't troubleshoot because it wasn't one of theirs. I knew there was ink, but didn't know what the problem was. I took the cartridge in to see if CW could figure out the problem. The woman took it in the back, then came back just about 30 seconds later and said there is ink in it and they'll have to figure out what the problem is. She handed me a brand new cartridge to replace it. I was shocked. People just don't do that anymore. 99% of businesses act like you did something and then make some rude statement. Kudos to Cartridge World for knowing that the key to successful business is repeat customers and positive word of mouth. That's something that has been sorely lacking in the business world the last few decades. I also used to visit a CW in Dickson City years ago and they were equally helpful and accommodating.

As an IT professional, I used to recommend CW to many of my customers...but no more. The last few…read moretimes I purchased ink/laser cartridges there I noticed the price was substantially higher than when they first opened. Turns out, mt last laser cartridge was 30% HIGHER than I could find online (including shipping) from a 5 star supplier. I will no longer recommend CW and suggest to others that you look elsewhere for your ink.
