My hydraulic brakes were making random scraping noises, and gears 7 and 8 had a slight clicking feeling. I also wanted a general check to make sure everything was aligned and torqued properly. I was greeted by Max and explained the issues. He offered a $90 "Stage One" package--cleaning, lubrication, tightening, tire pressure, and inspection. My bike was only two weeks old, so I was hesitant, but since my requested repairs were only $30, I agreed. Three hours later, I got a call that the bike was done. Fast, I thought--maybe that's why they have good reviews. But when I picked it up the next day, the scraping and clicking were still there. It was clear they'd only done the Stage One package, skipping the actual repairs. They even claimed my two-week-old chain was 25% worn, which made no sense. I called and spoke to Chris, who said I could bring it back. When I returned, Chris seemed rushed and a bit dismissive, but after we went over everything again, he promised to personally inspect the bike and offered a refund along with free repairs. That was fair, so I left it with him. By Wednesday afternoon--two days later--I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Chris said he wanted to test ride it before I picked it up, and I got a call later that day saying it was ready. Unfortunately, the back brake was still scraping. Chris admitted he hadn't touched the back tire--even though I'd clearly mentioned both. He told me to "double tap the brakes" to stop the noise. My gears still click, and the rear brake squeaks worse than before. Even my wife noticed. After four hours of driving and multiple visits, I'm left with the same problems I started with. Very disappointed.

This review will simply cover the ballroom and the service therein for holiday parties. Because of that, three stars is about the best they could possibly do. This place isn't just a typical Moose lodge. This is a decent size building with a large ballroom, a bar, and a bowling alley. What else it contains, I have no idea. My father-in-law is a member so we get the privilege of attending holiday parties there. they definitely do them well. They bring in a dj that plays most of the family friendly pop hits of the day. He also plays the classic Chicken Dance and Hokey Pokey that are timeless and family party classics. The food is standard party stuff. Usually they serve hot dogs, hamburgers, or bbq. They throw in chips, cracker, pretzels, and cookies along with your soda or lemonade. You line up in waves, by age and called out by the dj, and attack it buffet style. The servers are always helpful and friendly. The Santa and Easter Bunny are not scary and always friendly to the kids. This helps because I have one kid that is semi afraid of them both and one that is all up in their grille all the time. But they are always patient. The Moose always gives presents out to the kids upon exit. Usually a stuffed toy and box of candy. The kids always love that. The Moose is clean. There is always ample seating. There are rarely issues with the line.

Anyone considering using Suburban Propane please beware. We have been overcharged by them for 2…read moreyears. After repeated phone calls, a representative finally admitted that we should not have been charged the rates that we were and that we have overpaid by nearly $500. However, Suburban is unable to refund us those funds and can do nothing other then cancel our contract and not charge us a cancellation fee...Are you freaking kidding me...Not only were we over charged but this past winter we ran out of propane during the coldest weekend of the winter (keep in mind we were on autofill and should have never run out)...when we called for an emergency fill up the service guy told us that he was going to finish watching his football game before he can to fill our tank. When he did finally show up he filled our tank less than a third full and we were charged 4.86 per gallon.
