For example, upon calling some of the others the person answering the telephone did not have current prices or know their companies policy on minimum delivery amount etc. They had to have someone call me back. Weird and very annoying. Who has time for that. So I appreciated Town & Country's quick and friendly response. I just received my delivery yesterday. I actually received the delivery on Wednesday around 5:30am, waking my family and pets. To me delivery in the hours of darkness and before the family is awake is not acceptable and not safe. Limited visibility conditions during darkness can be avoided especially during non emergency and should be avoided. I tried to contact the manager and left a message to return my call but never heard back. I guess they weren't too concerned about customer feedback.
