Town & Country had the lowest current price by quite a bit! In addition, the man who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew immediately pricing, appointment times, delivery policy etc. I found this to not be true of some other companies. For example, upon calling some of the others the person answering the telephone did not have current prices or know their companies policy on minimum delivery amount etc. They had to have someone call me back. Weird and very annoying. Who has time for that. So I appreciated Town & Country's quick and friendly response. I just received my delivery yesterday. The delivery person was quick and left my bill and a small gift of a nice mug and magnet and company info at the door. Very nice touch! Will use this company again in the future I am sure.

However, Suburban is unable to refund us those funds and can do nothing other then cancel our contract and not charge us a cancellation fee...Are you freaking kidding me...Not only were we over charged but this past winter we ran out of propane during the coldest weekend of the winter (keep in mind we were on autofill and should have never run out)...when we called for an emergency fill up the service guy told us that he was going to finish watching his football game before he can to fill our tank. When he did finally show up he filled our tank less than a third full and we were charged 4.86 per gallon.

I actually received the delivery on Wednesday around 5:30am, waking my family and pets. To me delivery in the hours of darkness and before the family is awake is not acceptable and not safe. Limited visibility conditions during darkness can be avoided especially during non emergency and should be avoided. I tried to contact the manager and left a message to return my call but never heard back. I guess they weren't too concerned about customer feedback. Here is a copy of a complaint I filed with the BB this morning. These people are unscrupulous and will not take responsibility. Do not buy Propane or anything else from them. "On or about 2/6/17 I received a propane delivery from Heller's Gas. (My wife has the bill at home so I don't have the exact date but I can provide that if needed) 2 days later I noticed that there was a large davit in my driveway where a vehicle had bottomed out. There were only 2 vehicles that had visited us in those days and 1 was FedEx and the other was Heller's Gas. I called both and asked if they could talk to their drivers and get back to me. FedEx opened an internal investigation and it was proven that they had a regular van that came to our house and there would have been no reason for the van to need to use my turn around (paved hill) and additionally, regular cars or vans will not bottom out in my turn around. I called Troy of Heller's Gas and he told me that he would talk to the driver and ask her if she recalled bottoming out in my driveway. Based on the damage, it would be impossible for someone to not hear the impact/scraping. I waited and waited and waited. I texted pictures to Troy and left him voice messages that went ignored.Eventually he referred me to Jason the manager. Jason also ignored and avoided my phone calls and eventually told me that he was waiting to hear back from his boss as to what they were going to do. All I ever wanted was for them to talk to the driver and ask her is she remembered bottoming out in my driveway. Instead, they took a vow of silence which to me felt like an admission of guilt. It has been over 7 weeks since I first called. I called and left a message last week and told them that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau by the end of this week if I did not get a response. They do not care about their customers and seem to take the route of ignore and hope the customer gives up. This is unacceptable and the only resolution I will accept at this point is a complete repair of the damage. I appreciate that the BBB exists otherwise people like this would continue to treat their customers like garbage and get away with it.

(Office staff then removed one of the hazmat charges after discussion) Listed fill of two small tanks on 2 separate invoices under one customer number, however, had to watch there was an invoice amount on each and a total amount due on both which was the sum of the two invoices combined listed on both invoices. This past Sunday the glass on my furnace broke and I called for help as this is my main source of heat! The woman I spoke to was nasty and unprofessional and informed me they would not provide service to me as I do not buy fuel from them, even though I bought the furnace from them! She then said a tech would call me the next day, which DID NOT happen! I was fortunate to find someone to help me with a temporary fix until the new glass arrives. I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and shocked at their refusal to provide service to me. They were happy to take my money when I purchased the furnace and for the years I purchased my fuel from them! You would think they would stand by the products they sell and be willing and able to service them at any time but apparently if you aren't lining their pockets by buying their fuel at inflated prices you can forget about any niceties like customer service in the event of an emergency!
