My landlord wouldn't answer. I called NFG. Within 15 minutes the guy was here. To make a long story short, this man shut down my water heater, checked every gas line in the house. Then they said I broke it! How does one BREAK A METER??? Im on social security& its the LOWEST AMOUNT & I happen to have a little extra to pay(& they stole the $150 I paid for pay ahead bill and put it towards the METER! BUT WHAT ABOUT SENIORS WJO DOBT HAVE AN EXTRA $211 bucks sitting around? No warning and they gave me 10 days to pay it, then additional charges and then in July 2025 shut off! So from May 27th I had til June 9 tobpay $211 for the meter or added charges and then in July off! They were so cobdescending rude and bunch of LIARS AND THIEVES!
