Because I had so many different items in my box, I said "random things." My answer appear to infuriate her, and she replied I need to know what sort of random things are in this box. Then she asked if I had an itemized list of the contents. I told her that I did not, but still demanded to know what was inside the box. As I tried remembering all that was inside, she rudely interrupted me and asked her usually litany of questions: "aerosol cans? Electronics? Batteries, etc." To which I replied no to each. Why didn't she ask me that in the first place? She didn't have to be a bitch about it with me. I will never ship with this location again, andwith the options for shipping available, such as USPS and UPS, I may take my business elsewhere the next time I have to ship. Each time I get worried that I am about to drop a bunch of money on removing my food or pit stains, and it is always much cheaper than I expected. Their automated service now makes it super easy to both drop off and pick up outside of work hours, which is a huge plus. One note of warning, if you are getting a specialty item cleaned, they often won't let you pick it up from the automated side and you'll have to come in person during their open hours. Staff is fantastically nice!

There are PO Boxes, and what I love most, the automated shipping kiosk. With that thing, you can ship things 24/7. I wouldn't worry too much about parking. You can usually find a spot somewhere along the street.
