I explained that hat was happening and he quickly told me he can look at it. He sent a request to pay the initial service fee. He scheduled an appointment and updated me when he was close by. He had the part, very professional, wore a mask inside. We don't require it but it may have made him feel more comfortable . He was polite, he immediately knew the issue and began resolving the issue. He got 50% completed but the part that Bosch sent him was incorrect. He carefully showed me the part that he had didn't have a chip inside. The one I had did have a computer chip that informs on how to drain. Quite interesting. He came back the next week, installed the part quickly. My recommendation is this gentleman for any appliance issues. I know my first call is to him. He's prompt, professional, great conversationalist, overall superb service.

He doesn't have vans ready and doesn't have the authority to buy vans or make any decision about a company he says he owns/is buying. There is constant miscommunication between the techs and the office. There is no system in place for work orders or invoicing. They have no system for training or new hire paperwork. If you ask everyone the same question, you get different answers on how to do the same thing.

I paid, and agreed to the price they gave me to do some additional work, including add some ceiling fans. We set a date, I went and bought the ceiling fans and then...nothing. They completely ghosted us. They didn't even give me a copy of the inspection they did so I could work with someone else. Do NOT use them--completely unreliable, I'm out 250, and have to start from the beginning again.
