I wonder for all the negative reviews on here, if those people have ever tried working at the government employed post office? I have a feeling it's a very thankless job, doing one of the (seemingly) most important services to all of us who mail & ship (nearly everyone) because we need our mail to get there on time, we needed it there yesterday... when we're often the ones that are rushing to the post office and getting things out not on time or early. Or for new mail carriers that have to remember, (I don't know) a couple hundred addresses and where they're at and how to actually locate some really hard to reach places sometimes. If your place is hard to reach that might be on one's own living situation however, at least until the entire path has been well illuminated. Yes there's always issues with every business, that whole bad egg thing. But I've been having kind & responsive conversations with Robert before he left and with many of the other mail carriers here. Limited hours of package pick up on the weekends is somewhat frustrating as is closing at 4:30PM. I've had times when there was a package to pick up and I got a card in my box. I've called and they accommodated me by putting a after hours box key in my box (when there was room available). If one has a post office box, there is a form one can fill out if you have Amazon, FedEx, etc., packages to be delivered using their street address and your box number. It works really well. It would be nice if the POB was cross-referenced with my physical address as the post office did when I lived in Forks. USPS rules state the post office CANNOT send a box key to someone. It has to be done in person.
