I've only been here a handful of times through the years maybe a total of half a dozen. But every single visit has been efficient fast and friendly. This place is usually fairly busy which gives them even more credit for taking care of the customers as quickly as what they do. Today a package we were expecting got delivered and we got an email an hour and a half later with a picture of the delivery. Luckily because we were able to check our neighbors door step we found our package. Likely our package was under the smaller package and both were dropped at neighbor. I brought a package in to return with which I had a UPS printed Return Label sent to me from the Napa Auto to return and the UPS employee said that will be $26.97 to return. Uh no... I showed him the email from Napa Auto Parts the item is under 5 lbs and Napa stated there was no return shipping charge..I took it to the Arlington UPS store they looked at the return label and accepted it no problem. read more

Holy moly I don't know if the lady was just having a rough day or what but I've never been so uncomfortable at an establishment! Her grown a** son was doing great during a difficult customer service interaction (the customer was being calm and respectful but it was a tough situation involving an unsent box) but the woman who claimed to be his mom came out of nowhere screaming at the customer claiming to be a "mama bear" and being so disrespectful to her and the customers waiting in the store. I only needed a simple notarization but when she got to me saying that the situation was ret***ed, this Special Ed teacher turned and walked out. Terrible terrible experience read more

Went in to send a FAX to my medical insurance company. The UPS store clerk looked at my FAX cover sheet and said, "That's a cool cover sheet - I'm going to take a picture". Before I could say anything, he got out his cellphone and took the photo. There was nothing special or artistic about my cover sheet - I made it in Word and it was text only. However, the cover sheet contained my name, phone#, email address, my insurance company and my insurance membership number. In other words, PRIVATE INFORMATION. After the FAX went through I asked him to delete the photo and he did so. Seemed very sketch to me. If I had to do over I would have asked for the store manager immediately. read more

Quick service, near Walmart. Staff mostly friendly, a few bad apples every once in a while. Drop off and check in options. Parking lot can get busy. Usually go here for Amazon returns, with Khols as a option don't go there very often. Clean facility, enough space for customers most of the time. Rarely ship goods so can't speak on pricing of shipping. read more

I entered the business with several boxes obviously struggling with the weight. There were two people working at the desk. One of the guys waited till he was pretty much done with the customer before he told me that his location does not do the Amazon QR code for return shipping. It would have been nice if one of the associates had mentioned it earlier so that I wasn't struggling for so long. I will say I didn't count the time so it may have just felt like forever, but still. read more

This was the worst customer experience I have ever received. It took 2 employees 30 minutes to try to figure out how to mail a document to Canada (not my document). Then 20 minutes to notorize my document. The clerk told me I was rude because I interrupted her conversation with another coworker to finish my notary. Really 50 minutes to get a document notarized?!? read more

I waited at the Tulalip UPS for over 40 minutes with three people working but only two helping customers to which went down to one the last 10 or 15 minutes and only 3 a head of me. I watched the one employee stop having people come up and started doing other things. At this point the line was out the door and I was next. The one guy working now by himself left to the back and never came back. Another 15 minutes of no one helping went by until the heavy set employee finally called me over and before I could say anything copped an attitude with me. Couldn't believe it. He starting to say my Amazon return has no guarantees of even making it to it's destination or not being damaged. The item was in the original bag it was sent in. At this point I just said I don t care and give me the receipt. I'll never use UPS again for Amazon returns. read more

We stopped by to get our papers notarized on Monday, the store was busy as there was only one employee working that morning. We didn't mind waiting in line. The lone male employee was on his phone while trying to take care a full line of customers. While on the phone, he proclaimed out loud to everyone that there was two more employees to be there soon. Before those two employees arrived, the male employee finally got off his phone and said out loud "sorry that was my attorney I had to take that call". Few minutes after, the two employees did arrived. The female staff member was immediately loud, obnoxious, unprofessional towards the male employee who has been on his phone. Needless to say, very unprofessional experience. We ended up leaving with some other customers to take our business elsewhere. read more

The gentleman took time to help me break down my item and get it shipped. He charged me a reasonable price for the packing box and material. Previously I'd only gone to this location to drop off the occasional Amazon return. However, I was looking to have some odd sized pictures that I'd formatted to fit odd sized frames printed off for a kid's room. I'd gone to another store known for printing and was given a price that literally made me laugh out loud (to be fair, because of the size I was looking for, the only option at the other location would've been a wide format plotter, which as I understand is not the cheapest route to go). I was going to forget about having the prints made, but then I remembered the The UPS store does custom prints so I stopped by just to see what they could do. The team was beyond helpful and I was able to get the pictures printed on super high quality paper, using a large document printer for 1/5th of what I was quoted at the other place. I'm glad I remember to check this location out and will definitely use them again for my printing needs. Super friendly, great quality, reasonably priced, absolutely recommend! read more

Kinda funny but for a postal delivery service, this is hands down the nicest UPS I've been to. And I use these guys a lot with the amount of business travel I do. Absolutely spacious. Several dolleys to use, no questions asked. Best part was their friendly service: packing tape provided! Back home, this seems like a chore to ask. Doesn't hurt being near the casino ;) read more

Never use this location. I didn't catch an error the clerk made inverting two #s in the delivery address and it cost me $47. The package was sent back to the UPS store and the owner refused to help in any way. I will never use UPS again. Horrible customer service. read more

I've been a mailbox customer of the Tulalip UPS Store for a number of years. I have been very happy with their service. They have been very helpful and responsive to me and gladly go above and beyond with such things as keeping an eye out for a particular piece of mail for me. I even got a call from them last week, letting me know a letter we were expecting had arrived. I always get quick notification of packages as well. I had originally written a 4-star review of this store because of the inconvenience of only being able to get my packages during business hours. I have since learned that they DO, in fact, have a way for me to get my packages after hours. I didn't know that! With that final tidbit of information, I feel like a 5-star rating is in order. Best of all, I never have to worry about porch pirates stealing packages off my porch. read more

The best Ups Store yet. I ship over a hundred packages a year, for my E-Bay business. My drive to work takes me past many Ups Stores and believe me over the last ten years I have tried them all. All of my business dealings with this Store have been perfect ( which is hard to say in today's world ). Last year I shipping a transmission to the other side of the country. I was so focused on building the plywood shipping box that I forgot to drain the transmission. Of course once Ups had the box it preceded leak everywhere. Ups wanted to abandon the freight, but the owner of this store saved the day. I was able to drain, clean everything and get it shipped to my buyer without paying for the freight charges a second time. I do not know how it did it, but he saved the day. read more

I go out of my way to use this store. I have pros & cons but this store outweighs my other options by far! They have good customer service, good location, easy in & out once you figure out the parking lot. Safe, no bums hanging outfront. The people who work at this UPS store are extremely nice and helpful. If there's ever a problem in shipping, they fix it! I recently had to send an archery bow and they fabricated a box for it so it arrived at the other end in perfect condition!
