This post office sucks ass. Got here ten minutes after it opened and there is a line with only two counter attendance. Granted there are customer problem child's with specific issues. Regardless this is something perhaps someone with experience can do quickly. This isn't the first time I've encountered this type of poor service from this post office. Horrible service. Accused me of attempted fraud. it was pouring rain,i had to lean the box against the wall to open the door. The corner got wet. She looked and said very loudly that "Im not accepting this package, because youre gonna file an insurance claim and im protecting our xxx " SERIOUSLY??? i've never had someone accuse me of something like this. The reason for a lot of these bad reviews is due to a staffing issue. I was there and had to wait 15 minutes to mail an envelope. When I was leaving the line was even longer because of two ladies working when there could be 3. While one of them was helping me, I said to her"you could use some help around here huh?" To which she replied "oh yeah, and she's been here since 2am" (I was there at 11:30am) The location has a bad rating because of understaffing by USPS. Horrible service. My purchases from Amazon have always been dropped to my front door. My front door has a roof covering and I have a big driveway never fully blocked. My purchase from Amazon this time said "No access to delivery location, no action needed, will attempt to deliver tomorrow." They never attempted to deliver again because I have a camera and they never came. Suddenly, tracker says "available for Pick up at this USPS location." I went there to pick up and waited a long line. When I asked about the notice, Post man said "we don't know either. It's your carrier." Also very dismissive. I was thinking you're the carrier. I had a surprisingly great experience mailing a package today despite the parking lot being pretty horrible. I parked on the side and it was tight and crowded, quite chaotic when I went in around 4, but I found a spot easily so it was fine. There was a family mailing a large box and the staff was quick to come out to measure to make sure it would even be sendable and explained their options to them before they were even next. I was impressed seeing them be so proactive. The line formed quickly but it went by fast, when I came out all the cars were gone and the parking lot was clear and I don't think I was even in there more than 5 minutes. I don't do negative reviews on Yelp. Almost everything I have posted is five stars reviews for many years, you can check. So as I compose my first one star review keep in mind I am not just a whiny customer that complains at everything. This last Black Friday I made a very large purchase of seven items. The app I was tracking it with said it was delivered but when I went to the mailbox it was nowhere to be found. I drove to the post office right after that and they said that they would call the postal workers and get back to me. They never called. I talked to the person who delivered the mail as the person at the post office suggested, that got me nowhere. I talked to the person who has a similar condo number as me (they sometimes mix up letters there) they didn't get the package. I went back to talk to the manager this time, he couldn't find the package either. Told me I could try to file a claim but I was outside the window I would be able to do that successfully. The reason this took so long was I had to run around trying to think of everything that could have possibly happened to it on top of a busy schedule. So in the end apparently I lost a lot of items that were on a sale that now cost much more if I were to buy them today not on sale. Though there was insurance on the package they won't give me anything back. Paying me back still wouldn't make up for all my time they wasted and sale I missed out on but it would be something and they could even do that. I guess you just need to work with UPS or FED EX is the message. Whenever they lost stuff in the past it was just small things like a little envelope. * Clarification and update: -last time in line this poor woman who was in front of me was treated disrespectfully (in front of her little girls) and basically admonished for not correctly notifying USPS of her new address and being told essentially that she was the cause of her own problem. I felt second-hand embarrassment just being in ear shot of this exchange. -I was surveying all the employees working there since I was waiting in line for so long, trying to guess who I'd end up with and trying to determine which one seemed the least harsh and prickly. -the poor service with management staff has been on the phone (I got through because I reached out to the USPS 800 number who put me through to this location since I couldn't get through via their direct line) -increasing review to a 2star because a manager came out to talk to me, listened, and said he would talk to the carrier. Who knows if he did but hey he cared enough to say he would. *once, someone answered the phone! She was nice! She answered my question! *last time I went there, I got a spot in their parking lot! -We have a new mail carrier now and I realize she is not a substitute as I'd thought. So... not only does she place all mine and my neighbors' packages in plain sight on our front steps (rather than reaching in 6-12 inches to conceal them behind our porch railings), she is the person who was gifting me all her rubber bands... I bought $250 worth of product on Black Friday. Package said "delivered in parcel mailbox." I recently moved and some sites I order from still have my old address, so I thought maybe it was delivered accidentally to the wrong address because it was a community mail box. I contacted my old landlord and she informed me the package was not there. Friday, I went this location to figure out where the heck my package was. The only reason I had some what of a "positive" experience was because the girl at the front desk was incredibly helpful. After some investigation she realized my package was sent to the correct address, but was delivered to a mailbox around the corner from me that belongs to a community of houses nearby. She informed me to try tomorrow (Saturday) that there should be a supervisor there and that there was nothing she could do at the moment because the drivers were already in route. She said "hopefully they will get to it tomorrow and it's still in the mailbox where we can get it back to you." I was so frustrated I didn't even think to ask what happens if it doesn't and someone keeps the package. So I called as soon as they opened, frustrated with the fact my package was delivered to the wrong place I called repeatedly throughout the morning just trying to get some answers. Eventually someone picked up the phone and must of set it on the counter. I could hear their whole conversations, laughing and I felt so incredibly disrespected. If it's a day you don't answer phone calls just pick up the phone and communicate to call Monday. That was so incredibly rude and was terrible service. I took it upon myself to leave a note on the mailbox for their mistake and the note was gone and the locked boxes where they put the packages were all empty. I'm livid, these were Christmas gifts, and I haven't gotten any resolution for this problem. I will update Monday if anything changes, but as of right now this is absolute bull. I've never had issues with getting packages before and I'm an advocate for embracing human error but this has been a nightmare just trying to get communication. Because they were Black Friday deals I won't get the same products again and especially not for that price if they did some kind of reimbursement. read more

This was the first time I had ever sent a package in the mail and the man up front was very helpful and nice to me. He even got my stuff to fit into a smaller envelope saving me money. If I could put 0 stars I would. This place hires extremely rude people with severe attitude problems. If you are parked near (not blocking) a mailbox in very icy conditions, they will blame you and your car for "10 year old vehicle" not being able to make the delivery and them "not feeling safe delivering" to said mailbox, and leave a nasty note on your vehicle. I think if they have that much trouble pulling around a very big cul de sac with very much room to the mailbox, maybe invest in new mail trucks! Or wait until it's not icy out to deliver because if necessary I am allowed to even block the mailbox if I have to, as it does not state anywhere on everettwa.gov that it is illegal to do so. I called to explain that I had parked there due to the excessive icy conditions in my neighborhood that prevented my car from being able to park anywhere else (I did try and almost wrecked my car into some bricks trying) and the guy who I spoke to even said they would call the police. For me parking. In front of MY HOUSE. I think they are full of crap and lazy and most of all rude and unprofessional. The location of this post office is crazy and the parking lot sucks. It's hard to get in or out, and other vehicles seems to always think that when they're backing up they have the right-of-way and they don't even bother looking so they just barrel out of their parking spot. I've almost been hit nearly every time I've been here. The service counter people are slow... like super sloth slow... and it's pretty obvious they hate their job. Fortunately they have the kiosk open all the time, so I skip the slow and just use the kiosk instead. It's much faster. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. Christmas was ruined because of this post office and amazon. I ordered an expensive gift and had it sent 2 day shipping. I ordered it the 19 for it to arrive on the 21. They had a problem with address. Item has been sitting somewhere in mill creek post office or Everett. Called 5 times spoke to agent and amazon was told to go to Everett hub then back to mill creek. My package never arrived. Waited 4 hours at this post office for the supervisor to come talk to me. No answers could be given. Item lost even with tracking number. Convinced that the courier stole it. I am still investigating. It is December 26 and I still don't have my package. Filing claims and speaking to post masters doesn't do anything but I would always encourage people to not give up read more

This is a lousy location. The one on 100th had much better parking, no steps or ramp, easier all around. Thanks to the U.S. Congress' decision to fund pensions far into the future, we have fewer Post Offices and more pressure on the employees. The worker most likely left the key for the parcel lockers at my complex in the wrong unit mailbox (which means one of my neighbors got something for free) but she wouldn't take responsibility and told me she "doesn't know what to tell me" and to wait and see if a neighbor delivers it to my door..... Are you kidding me?? Also, their phone number only connects and goes through when their business hours are done. It's a constant busy signal when you try to call when they are open. I think most people think that this is strictly a sorting facility but there is a retail front too! There were about 6 people in line when I got there with 1.5 people working (one for the first 5 minutes and then another came from the back to help after a few minutes).
