    The reason for a lot of these bad reviews is due to a staffing issue. I was there and had to wait 15 minutes to mail an envelope. When I was leaving the line was even longer because of two ladies working when there could be 3. While one of them was helping me, I said to her"you could use some help around here huh?" To which she replied "oh yeah, and she's been here since 2am" (I was there at 11:30am) The location has a bad rating because of understaffing by USPS. Just down the 525 is the Mukilteo USPS, I recommend going there if you can: USPS 8050 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275

    Good facility for a post office I was bummed out that I was forced to use the machine to get my purchases when there are 2 employees with no line on a Saturday?     how can they lie and say front door was not accessible but i live in apartments. they are lazy and they are liars.

    every time usps is delivering a package they don't even TRY to deliver it to the door even though they know it's too big to fit inside a mailbox. they just mark it as "unable to deliver due to no access to front door" which is a big a$$ lie. especially if delivering to apartments. how the hell are you unable to access our FRONT DOOR. the mail carriers they hired must be idiots because they never do their jobs correctly. hire some new people who know how to follow directions. if i could give ZERO stars i would.

    The bin for package drop off is so frequently jammed or stuck, that they might as well not have one.

    Yep...iffy customer service. Slow and very understaffed. Won't be using this one again. Used up all my lunch hour for 2 simple parcels.

She is very nice. This location doesn't always provide the best service not necessarily because of incompetence, but because THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY. It is a busy location. I know returning things you bought online can be a drag. But if you visit this location, don't take it out on the employees, they're trying, and every time I come here there is a line. So try exercising patience. I'll attach some pictures and videos of my visit I just made right now. Notice with my video how when I walk in there is a line. Of course I rolled my eyes, but it is what it is. I'm still gonna be nice to the staff and not immediately hop on google or yelp and leave a bad review.

Those are two very different locations. What transpired is what really matters. UPS was not willing to correct their mis delivery. Instead, I was supposed to accept the loss without complaint. I attempted to contact the UPS Store in Everett several times. They refused to answer their phone and talk to me. On the other hand, the manager and her staff at the Lynnwood UPS Store spoke with me trying so hard to help out. Those were nice folks and quite professional. I can't say the same about the people at the Everett UPS Store. They showed that they were unconcerned and did not have the time of day to help resolve this blunder. As for the dismissive attitude of the Everett store--piss on them.

This really surprised me as I ship very expensive, non-replaceable items many times every month AND I NEVER HAVE HAD AN ISSUE! Thank-you FEDEX and all your hard workers for always doing such a great job! I always ship my packages 2nd day w/ signature and insure it for its value up to 3000.00 dollars. If it's over 3k I feel like it makes the package very tempting for theft so I never show its value over 3 thousand. I may be crazy but I believe the 2nd day insured shipments get special treatment. I've used this strategy from day 1 and as I stated before, I've never had an issue!! I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank FedEx for all the successful deliveries! Keep up the great work! From what I've been hearing in our community FedEx is quickly becoming the standard in hi-end shipping! Thanks again!

    If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time I see that a package is being shipped…read morethrough FedEx, I brace myself for problems -- and like clockwork, they never fail to disappoint. Their delivery drivers repeatedly mark packages as "delivery attempted" without ever trying -- no knock, no call, no ring at the callbox, nothing. I've been home all day waiting for deliveries only to find a "missed delivery" slip on my door. My apartment complex even allows drivers to leave packages at the front office or get lobby access to deliver directly to units, yet FedEx consistently ignores these options. It's painfully obvious that many of their drivers just don't bother to attempt delivery when they're behind schedule -- they'd rather click a button and move on. I've contacted FedEx multiple times, and while customer service agents are polite, nothing changes. Meanwhile, UPS and even USPS manage to deliver to the exact same location without any issue -- every single time. At this point, FedEx is the definition of unreliability. If you want your packages delayed, lost, or falsely marked as undeliverable, use FedEx. If you actually want your items delivered, go with UPS or anyone else.
