Seriously! These ladies are so upbeat and friendly-- when I have a bad day, I go buy some stamps for a pick-me-up.

This is just a great place. Kind, helpful people. It's often busy but the ladies there are very efficient and pleasant.

This location doesn't always provide the best service not necessarily because of incompetence, but because THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY. It is a busy location. I know returning things you bought online can be a drag. But if you visit this location, don't take it out on the employees, they're trying, and every time I come here there is a line. So try exercising patience. I'll attach some pictures and videos of my visit I just made right now. Notice with my video how when I walk in there is a line. Of course I rolled my eyes, but it is what it is. I'm still gonna be nice to the staff and not immediately hop on google or yelp and leave a bad review.

Those are two very different locations. What transpired is what really matters. UPS was not willing to correct their mis delivery. Instead, I was supposed to accept the loss without complaint. I attempted to contact the UPS Store in Everett several times. They refused to answer their phone and talk to me. On the other hand, the manager and her staff at the Lynnwood UPS Store spoke with me trying so hard to help out. Those were nice folks and quite professional. I can't say the same about the people at the Everett UPS Store. They showed that they were unconcerned and did not have the time of day to help resolve this blunder. As for the dismissive attitude of the Everett store--piss on them.

Most everyone who lives on South Whidbey Island and beyond goes through the town of Clinton, and a…read morelot of people live within the boundaries of the unincorporated town. The post office is a very important part of the community, and the last post office built there was decades ago and is now outdated. My mother, Elsie Swan Olkonen facilitated getting the present post office with the help of U.S. Senator Henry M (Scoop) Jackson, who by the way was my godfather. Scoop saw the need for a new post office and that need now exists again for a new and better post office. My parents needed to get a post office box in the post office since before I was ten years old. That was because of their regular mailbox being destroyed regularly on the route, and they lived less than a mile from the current post office. I have the same PO Box and number to this day and own the historic family farm just up from the post office. I worked odd hours and haven't been able to access my PO Box regularly for months because of the locked doors to the post office. That is not acceptable, and a long drive to the Langley or Freeland post offices in not a viable option. Clinton needs a new post office as soon as possible.

Due to vandalism the Clinton, Washington PO has decided to close the lobby, where the PO Boxes and…read morePackage Pickup reside, at 5 PM weekdays and on the weekends. We used have 24/7 access to our PO Box but now we have 44 hours a week and are paying the same price for the limited service. It will be closed until further notice without any exceptions. This is especially frustrating to us because we don't frequent places with a lot public activity due to health issues. Also, greatly impacted are commuters who don't return home on the ferry until after 5 PM and generally leave much earlier that 8 AM to catch a ferry the following day. This is really unacceptable and not good service for the community. A better solution needs to be found for the sake of everyone.

At one point he literally said "you just HAD to send posters". I didn't realize that judgment about what is being sent was part of the experience, especially not when I am paying for the service. When I asked about an estimate for the book, he said that he couldn't do it without the person's phone number and that it might not work to just use my number since Canadian numbers are different. You would think that there may be people living in other countries who may still have the typical US phone numbers. An older gentleman came in during my transaction, who spoke limited English and seemed confused about where he was, and the clerk kept raising his voice and saying "do you have a question? SIR? What's your question?? WHAT IS IT??" This is an absolutely atrocious way to speak to people, regardless of whether or not the man was in the right place. I came here because it was conveniently located to my workplace but I will absolutely never return to this location. Horrendous service. Go literally anywhere else.
