I hate having to do this cuz I love this little community but they should not post online and on their door that they close at a certain time and then decide to shut a few minutes early. worst post office service ever! I've been told by several employees why my mail or anyones mail isn't being delivered... I get we are in a new building but I've been waiting since June to get my mail! my last pick some lady says "why would you move in with no mail mail service " well lady I had no where else to go hence the move! wtf ... I find it odd post master said it's ready for service it was 2 1/2 weeks ago! Amazon, fedex and ups have been delivering packages sine two days after move in. read more

So I came in today to deliver a package to Thailand. And the lady at the counter and I started talking and she asked my ethnicity. Then she was trying to speak in different asian languages. Telling me how asians act, being very stereotypical and racist. Also telling me how Americans do things. It didn't make me feel comfortable to be there. read more

Typical incompetence from USPS. The delivery drivers are too stupid to take all their deliveries and instead of admitting their mistake, the put "undeliverable", make you come out to get the parcel and then try to delivery the next delivery day. Total waste of time. And the people working the front are useless and have horrible attitudes. Probably from working a useless job. Make sure your shipments are going through someone else. It'll save you in the long run. read more

The staff is always courteous and helps best they can. However, I don't understand why our mail goes there. It's actually closer for me to go to Arlington or Granite Falls and much less traffic.... How are dividing lines figured... It's too small...this area is growing...why aren't these land developers contributing to services like those in the way of taxes permits, fees, etc...or at least where is all the money going. Never had an issue. By far the nicest staff to work with and it's never too packed in there. Parking is the only pain - but if there aren't any parking spots directly next to the post office, there's a sort of gravelly area near the office that you can park in as well. Just look out for puddles! Other than that, my go-to post office! read more

On a day to day they are great. But ask them to deliver something bulky, or heavy on the weekend. You might as asked them to fly to the moon. I have paid for to the door service on time. Not these folks. Their attitude is all about themselves. Not only do I not have my items, but now I have to wait for delivery, then the yellow slip telling me that they couldn't deliver. Then haul down to the post office and do their job for them. What a waste. read more

I come here every single day to check our PO Box for work. I don't know her name but the woman that's usually at the counter is so friendly and outgoing! It's nice having to talk to her whenever I need help or something mail there. The man who also is usually at the counter has always been nice to me but I have personally seen him yell at customers before or get very irritated at them. I ran in on my lunch hour. I always dread going to the main Post Office because of the long lines. Smokey Point post office is very small and I was able to mail my packages really quickly. Theresa helped me and was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out in the blink of an eye. read more

I don't regularly use this particular post office, however when I do I have mixed views. Getting to the building is average regardless of which direction you come from. Getting out and onto the main drag takes a bunch of patience and if you're wanting to go south you best say a prayer too. So this actual post office seems to be on the older side. But it's functional, so I'm cool with that. The thing that makes me grit my teeth is the parking situation. There are only a few spots plus there is a car maintenance garage that shares the parking lot. Out of respect for that business, don't park there. I didn't see any signs that says no street parking, however when I did it was kinda risky with flying traffic. Parking across isn't good either because there are businesses too. If I absolutely had to, then I would use this location. However if I had a chance, I would go to either Arlington or Marysville. read more

After packaging my item at home on my own, with my FREE usps priority box provided by the wonderful post office for free did I mention. Anyhoo I went to Arlington Copy mail and more! Located at the town pharmacy, the woman was not very friendly, not like the previous lady there that always types up my labels and never overcharges me, well when this $5.80 transaction came to $7.80 I was shocked and reminded the woman this is a usps flat rate box you cant charge me more than that. She looked at me as if I had came from the future and explained with her look of utter irritation I would not get to pay the usual $5.80 so I walked out and went to the town post office where a more than friendly happy with his existance man greeted me and I felt like I had met an.old friend. I will ship all my letters,packages and ebay items thru USPS Arlington. Lets keep places that are going obsolete in our minds, before we ruin what really had worked for generations before us. read more
