I had an issue with a UPS overnight letter that did not leave the store that same day. It was an…read moreunfortunate situation that apparently was in part due to the UPS driver that day. The manager of this business reviews the facts and called me personally to apologize for the situation and to extend a refund of the money I paid as a good gesture which definitely helped make a bad situation much better. I feel good to say this company does meet the standards of their mission statement. I will likely use them in the future as I can see they are a company that tries hard to serve their customers.
