I wonder for all the negative reviews on here, if those people have ever tried working at the government employed post office? I have a feeling it's a very thankless job, doing one of the (seemingly) most important services to all of us who mail & ship (nearly everyone) because we need our mail to get there on time, we needed it there yesterday... when we're often the ones that are rushing to the post office and getting things out not on time or early. Or for new mail carriers that have to remember, (I don't know) a couple hundred addresses and where they're at and how to actually locate some really hard to reach places sometimes. If your place is hard to reach that might be on one's own living situation however, at least until the entire path has been well illuminated. Yes there's always issues with every business, that whole bad egg thing. But I've been having kind & responsive conversations with Robert before he left and with many of the other mail carriers here. It's up to us to put on a good day smile and share that with everyone else around us whether they're having a good day like us or not. This place is usually fairly busy which gives them even more credit for taking care of the customers as quickly as what they do. She looked and said very loudly that "Im not accepting this package, because youre gonna file an insurance claim and im protecting our xxx " SERIOUSLY??? i've never had someone accuse me of something like this. The look on the customers faces (and the employee next to her) were equally shocked. She tried to say she didn't know what a "shift manager" was when i asked to speak with one for clarification.....She then said she would label it as "damaged" and accept it I took a picture after she said she was placing a "damaged" sticker on it....I'm sure it dried before the box left that office.
