When you work for the United States Postal Service (behind the counter in a Customer Service role), you have a duty to treat people with a helpful, professional attitude and not act in an antagonistic, difficult, mean spirited way. Over a decade ago, the Snohomish Post Office had employees who were apparently miserable and they randomly took it out on the people they were supposed to be helping.
