I don't understand the negative reviews on this USPS location. The woman who is generally working is always incredibly kind and helpful. The gentlemen who works here is always helpful, smiling and cracking jokes. I've also never had a package go missing here and I send our packages multiple times a week. A hard avoid. I was dropping a package off on the counter (with postage already paid) and someone got snippy for no reason. Incredible.

The guy in there was an absolute prick to me. Very dismissive and refused to help. Don't come to this post office if you can avoid it.

There has been way too many times the mail persons from this post office has claimed my packages as delivered and they never are. It's been countless times my packages have been stolen and it can only be by the mail person because it never reaches my door nor the parcel lockers they claim to leave them in. Better vetting needs to be done because there's been too many people with no integrity or respect stealing packages when they are supposed to be delivering them. I'm tired of having to constantly submit request of missing packages and nothing is done but them claiming it's been delivered. I hate that companies even use the local post office because I don't trust that my packages will ever make it to me. DO BETTER!!! read more

These people are assholes, plain and simple. So rude!! I watched them act rude towards several people. It wasn't busy but they took so long arguing with someone over something completely ridiculous that by the time they had their opportunity to be rude to me, there were 8 people piled outside their office waiting to be helped. Went into this facility with my ADA dog (Adult Disability Act) yes, I have a dog for my medical condition. I was told that I needed to leave because they only acknowledge seeing eye dogs. ITS A LAW..... they refuse to follow. So sad. The women in there were very rude even when I started to explain. This is one of the worst places USP offices. I called last week when I didn't get my package ( I send it on that Thursday and was supposed to arrive in the next Wednesday-and, it's now 6 days late from the original date it was supposed to be here) and they couldn't help me because I didn't have my tracking number, I called today WITH the tracking number and the first time I called the person did not want to help just said that the package is no longer in there possession (which on the website it said it was) try to explain that but got a half ass answer. I called an hour later because I had no no clarity and I just wanted to see where my package was I got someone who actually put the number into the system said that the tracking number wasn't correct even though I had just put it in the website and it work on the website but for them it didn't work I asked if they can look up my package any other way she said no we need a tracking number but I had already gave her a tracking number which she said wasn't the correct tracking number. After I hung up a few minutes later I received an update on my package (mind you I hadn't gotten ANY types of updates before this call). Somethings not right someone didn't put numbers in the system i don't know but very half ass service at this location. I won't give this place any stars if I could. read more

Was in and out, staff was friendly with me, reading these other reviews I was glad to of had a good experience for my first time here.

I would give zero stars if I could. I just basically got rushed off the phone. I was attempting to ask a question & make a concern about the outgoing mail possibly not getting checked at my apartment complex & was practically hung up on. I have an important piece of mail floating around and I couldn't speak to anyone about it without feeling like I was getting yelled at. So bad. I am just astonished at the way I was spoken to. I understand it is the holidays & we are all stressed, but being kind goes a long way. Some people need to learn that. read more

First of all, this is my favorite branch in the area. I've noticed that no other branch even with more employees is noticeably quicker. The staff at this branch is amazing Sheila especially! Every time I'm in line the person in front of me is always asking Sheila the most redundant question and she is ALWAYS patient and answers them with respect even when it's getting old which is why I always thank her for her patience when I get to the counter. Some of the reviews here I see calling people useless are overly harsh. These are people and I can only imagine how mind numbing dealing with the public in this capacity is. Regarding the speed, every post office has a slow time you just have to know where it is. Stop waiting to the last minute and treat these people with some respect. They deserve it. read more

I have a package at this location saying it's being returned to sender. I have been calling the post offices actual number and guess what? It's been freaking busy for over an hour. I'm just going to call USPS and make a complaint because I cannot think off any legit reason a post office line would be busy for that long. It is hit or miss with this location, in terms of wait time in line. Very small location.

Worst post office ever. Their scale is off so bad and they make the customers pay for it. I had three priority packs. ALL 3 where the same thing, packed the same way, nothing different at all and they all weighed 2lbs, 9.67oz. The postal employee weighs all three packages. Here are the listed weights, per their scale: 2lbs, 8.40oz, 2lb, 9.10 oz, and 2lb, 9.40oz. Told me I owed more than it cost to mail the 2lb, 9.67oz. package. ALL 3 weighing less according to their scale and I have it weighing in higher with the correct amount of postage for that weight. They weigh them and they all weigh different and less, and yet I owe them MORE. REALLY. I took my packages to the post office on hwy 92, NO PROBLEMS what so ever, and very friendly, unlike the @$@$'s that work at this location. RUDE!!!RUDE!!! RUDE!!!!!! read more
