I grabbed a ticket and was seen in about 15 minutes. Again, everything ran smoothly and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Grateful to ALL who are committed to ensuring we have POSITIVE experiences as these offices ! Do yourself favor and double-triple check the documents needed. Then, take at least one back-up doc.

We passed over all our documents, most were scanned in. My daughter's photo was taken, we signed a few things and paid the $10 fee. She was told which computer to report to test then to return to the same counter once complete. She passed her test, it was around 50 questions, very similar to the practice test she took online. We returned to the counter when she was congratulated and given a print out of her permit.

I looked up online to make sure I had all of my information before going and I also filled out some online forms to hopefully make my life easier too. Once you're there you meet with the reception who basically asks why you're here and helps point you in the right direction. From there, you'll eventually get a number and it's a waiting game. Fortunately for me, the wait was not long. I had all of my paperwork and truthfully, the associate was so nice! I was in and out maybe within 30 minutes and I had my new temporary license while I waited for my actual license to mail. It couldn't have been easier.

This means a huge line outside the DMV, so I highly recommend going early. I'd give 7/10 for my experiences with the staff. But this Nice representative found a way to give me at least some time to get it filled out correctly by giving me a temporary plaque card. There's a machine when you get in that you want to use to get a ticket printed and assigned. It's a quick process to get that. The ticket has a number and that's the number that will be prompted for you when it's time to go up to an employee window. The facility is also clean.
