Once you're there you meet with the reception who basically asks why you're here and helps point you in the right direction. From there, you'll eventually get a number and it's a waiting game. Fortunately for me, the wait was not long. I had all of my paperwork and truthfully, the associate was so nice! I was in and out maybe within 30 minutes and I had my new temporary license while I waited for my actual license to mail. It couldn't have been easier.

I took someone to get their license and although we learned some rules were changed, we had a great visit. The person helping us could not answer our question, so she got the supervisor; Ms. Craig. Ms. Craig was so amazing!!!!! She was patient, informative, kind, helpful, and overall a joy to talk to and be around. Ms. Craig makes me want to gather up all the young people in my neighborhood and take them to get licenses and permits. She was so nice!!!!! If you are expecting to get attitude and rude behavior when you go to this DDS office, then you'll be disappointed. Everyone here was nice. Ms. Craig takes pride in her staff (I heard her talking to employees and there was so much respect) and it shows in their performance. The office was calm and quiet and everything I saw was professional and above board. I was highly impressed. Years ago, I had some horrible experiences in that very same office with people who just didn't care, but now......I look forward to going back if need be. When you go, make sure to tell Ms. Craig hi. She is so amazing.
