Very mean and can tell they dont care about customers at all. I was put on hold by donna and have been on hold for 18 minutes and going now. All i want to do is reschedule my passport appointment!! read more

Worst customer service. Every time you call, the line is busy because they try to leave you on hold until you just end up hanging up. I know because they left me on hold for 30 mins... Twice! read more

I was having mail forwarding issues and basically wanted to come in and grab a package of mine that was being held at the Kennesaw location on Duncan. I have valid ID with the shipping address and the manager or "post master" (Rita R.) of this location could have cared less, poor attitude, and kept interrupting me and repeating that I'm not allowed to pick it up, no matter what my question was...which was pretty confusing because the CS rep for USPS is the one who instructed me to go pick it up at the post office in the first place! Seems like there is a lack of communication and after reading the other reviews, clearly also poorly managed. Oh well! I have a feeling my package will be "lost" now that the "post master" has my tracking. Merry Christmas lol! read more

I ship several hundred packages per month at my regular post office but occasional I drop a few off at this location. It never fails that that person behind the counter has some rude remark to me. Either they don't like how I attached a label or I used more tape than necessary. I try to be friendly to these people but they have always been snappy at me. That is why they don't get the majority of my business. Plus at my regular post office the post master will come out to the car and help me unload heavy packages. I can't imagine this lot ever doing that!! read more

Worst post office and delivery in the United States, I've lived many places and traveled a lot, but must say this office has the worst management and service I've ever experienced. Too many negative episodes to elaborate and too bad one can't choose where your mail gets delivered from as this one is terrible. read more

I've always had a bad experience here at this location since living in Kennesaw. One thing I despise is for a manager to jump to a defensive state before understanding the full issue. It makes you not even want to continue the conversation and start talking reckless. I had a package stating it was delivered according to the tracking number but it was never delivered. The crazy thing is one package was delivered that day by the post office but the other one was not. However the manager stated that basically after the package is delivered it's out of their hands. She continued to say there's nothing she could do about it and when we ask for policies she stated we could find them online. So we asked her to print them out. Five minutes later another lady came out calmly as any other manager should be. She let us talk but at the same time she was talking another worker tried to comment and jump in telling us he has cameras and it's happened to him etc.. to be honest it was rude because he just created more negative energy. It's sad that there is no way to hold the mail carrier accountable for missing packages . read more

This post office on certain days has been a 5 star and some days a two star. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. As an ex banker I understand, so, I start off with a smile and say how are you today? Then, I take my que from that. Long lines happen, but, yes, rudeness does not have to. So, as my mother and my grandmother used to say, "You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar." read more

Thank you for your help today! It was really helpful having my hands full with a baby! not to mention you guys added a little extra pizzaz to the mail I needed to go out! Much thanks. read more

So don't usually like to write Review's but this was just ridiculous,so it snowed & I guess a shipment wasn't able to make it to my home so, online when I tracked my package it said I need to call my local post office so this happens o be my local post office & the lady that answered only let me get (I had a package that said was undeliverable &) Thats all I said before she said hold on at 1:19pm, It is now 1:35pm & I am still on hold clearly they are thinking I will just hang up. This is the Rudest post office I have ever had to deal with & I have to go to other post offices at least a couple times a month. Its now 1:40pm still no one has picked up to say any thing, I will still hold. read more

Since Friday's snow storm, 5 days ago, no mail delivery has been done to our homes. I called this morning and after many excuses, they told me mail will be delivered today, Tuesday 12/12/17. Whatever happened to their slogan: "No rain, sleet or snow will stop delivery of mail"? read more

I called the Kennesaw Post Office today since it is after 4 PM and just wanted to know if we would be receiving mail today or was there a problem with delivery. I was told yes, this was not the holiday, that was on Monday. Happy person, Marilyn was so thrilled to be at work. We are a business location and it would be nice to get the mail before 5. This person did not know where the carrier was but was sure they would be here sometime. No help and not interested. I have been to Kennesaw's main post office when I have to. There is always such a wait and Tracy's review above saids it all. Mary w. read more

Someone needs to file a complaint against this location is the worse!!!! the phone line is always busy, my mail does not always come on time. I promise you all my future orders will come by fedex or ups for sure......... dissatisfy. read more

Horrible. Here at 8:30 AM with only 1 person working. 8 people in line. Several people in the back laughing, talking, having a party!!!! Don't bother to come here! read more

Less than 50% of our mail makes to our airport address despite a community of super-sized mailboxes. Where the mail goes I have no idea. We, like may of our airport neighbors, have resorted to a PO Box. Seems a shame to spend money to get what we've paid for in the first place, but that's the reality in Kennesaw at the airport. read more

This is a review about the USPS on Barrett PKWY (behind Outback Steak House). Today I walked in with a prepaid box from Direct TV, mailing a receiver back when I encountered Mary Lou, probably the rudest woman I have ever encountered at this office or any other USPS. I have an online business and I use this office frequently. The box that was prepaid and the only thing that was lacking was a simple 6" piece of tape to tape down the top flaps and nothing more as all sides were pretaped for me. I have shipped many boxes and usually the guys there will tape the entire package and nothing is said, and I have never asked for the taping of my box. However, today Mary Lou proceeded to tell me that I needed to purchase tape for $5 because the office could not supply a 6" piece of tape. I politely said, "all it is 6"" with the biggest role tape dispenser literally 5" from me which they have used in the pass. She stated, No, you need to purchase the roll of tape, we are not in the business of supplying tape to everyone." Not only was she completely rude with the tone about it but it was completely embarrassing because the office is really small and there were so many people lined up out the door. I literally spend over $1000 a month in this store but it will be the last time I use this office or the USPS gets my money. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know about this office and use only Fedex or UPS from now on. Whatever happened to customer service?!?!?! I hope 6" of tape was worth $1000 of business each month! read more

This post office is the worst! Our mail carrier refuses to deliver packages to our home. The card lists all kinds of excuses (lies). And, when we go in on the weekend to pick up the package, the managers just laugh at what's written on the card. One of our neighbor's confronted the carrier once because they don't get their packages either, and they were told flat out that the carrier just doesn't want to deliver them. I wish I could pick what parts of my job I wanted to do, and not get fired. It's absolutely ridiculous! UPS and FedEx deliver to our house. We don't stop our mail anymore either because it takes a week for them to find it once we return from a trip. This office just needs to be closed down. It serves no purpose. read more

I just moved in the area of this PO. I'm immune to the long lines and empty work station. Its obvious they need more help. My issue is the Mail Lady. I was waiting for a very important, "CERTIFIED LETTER-SIGNATURE REQUIRED' and this chic returned to sender. Stating we cannot deliver to an empty house. "Duhhhh just because you do not see a car or Halloween decor does not mean no one lives there! How about getting out of that little thing you ride around in and ring the bell. Just a thought..... The mailbox can't sign for it! Pure lazy.... read more

I've not waited more 10 min in line, even during the holidays. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Applied for my passport there without a problem. If a person doesn't want to wait in long lines, don't go during rush hours, if you do, then you'll just have to wait like everyone else, or go to Marietta's office where there are more windows. read more

Just moved down to Kennesaw and have only had terrible experiences with this USPS location. Recently, my apartment complex told us we had to pick up our mail there for 3 weeks while they were redoing our mailboxes at the complex. Sounded easy enough to swing by around 5:15 PM on the way back from work to pick up mail. An associate brought back a couple pieces of mail and I said, sorry, I have more mail than this that I need today (I get the Informed Delivery emails from USPS), and she did not believe me. Eventually the manager went to look, and I could hear them joking around in the back for over half an hour. Finally, after 45 minutes, I got MOST (not all) of my mail that Informed Delivery said I'd had. There were 3 pieces of mail address to previous residents at my complex, so I left them on the desk. The associate yelled at me that I had to take them. I said they weren't mine, so I did not want to because I'd have to throw them away. She made me throw them away at the post office in front of her because they were third-class mail, so she refused to forward them. This is only my most recent experience at this post office. read more

What happened to snow, wind, sleet, or shine..... we deliver on time? What a joke, no mail delivered for two days.....I have to redistribute mail on our street all the time....clerks are difficult to understand with broken english...When I called about expected delivery service, the reply was "the carriers showed up today" and the woman hung up on me. read more

I had something that I needed to ship priority mail, which requires a special USPS box and label. They didn't have any boxes large enough, and there was nobody to ask about it, so I waited in line for almost half an hour to get a counter person to help, because I really don't know their procedure for mailing through Priority Mail. Years ago I had the same situation and they counter person was very helpful, they cut up two boxes and taped them together for me. This time, the counter person just pointed to the wall across the room, so I grabbed a couple of boxes and started cutting. They were telling me I was going to have to move away from the counter and get back in that extra long line when I was done, but I refused to do that because I had already been there over half an hour by this point. Another lady who worked there who wasn't helping me started arguing with me. It was ridiculous. I don't know their policy for mailing stuff Priority Mail, and I sure wasn't going to wait another half hour just because I didn't have a label filled out. Next time more help and less attitude USPS...maybe at least have the procedure for Priority Mailing posted large somewhere, we are just magically supposed to know what to do? And get some larger mailers to, my package was not that big. read more

First let me say no one has been rude to me here, pretty nice people. The problem I have is with the contract for hire employees, that deliver the mail. THEY ARE THIEVES, LIARS and most likely have our mail in their closets at home. I started getting mail delivered to me with tracking, that didn't help because they would mark it, unavailable, business closed or left door tag. NEVER have I received a notice or door tag. Prior to these issues the last 5 months never had issues with my mail, the gentleman would walk packages to my door knock, every item was always accounted for, and then some. Unfortunately, I guess I was spoiled by an honest USPS employee that did their job, he retired : (. Now I have had numerous invitations or cards which could possibly have money in them, bank cards and credit cards not make it to me after he has retired, how ironic right? I have spoken to several temporary hires as well as the new person that is our permanent person, asking for packages that I have tracked and said out for delivery, tell me no to my face and I tell them I tracked it, then how conveniently they turn around go in truck and say oh here it is -___-? LAZY much? I have complained to Postmaster and supervisor, it's out of control! read more
