Having a PO Box supports the operation of the Post Office, so this is a slap in the face to their customers that directly support them. Due to this ongoing issue, I will no longer use a PO Box and save that money instead.

This Post Office is tucked away in the corner of the Planet Fitness shopping center that sits at…read morethe corner of Spring Road and South Cobb Drive. It is a tiny Post Office that is big enough for an 8ft counter, prep table for your labels and a few P.O. boxes. In all it's glory it is a drop off location more than anything. There isn't a sprawling store where you can purchase items, a business center for you to print and make copies or a plethora of associates to assist. If I am fully prepared with my package and don't really need anything more than a drop off location, I will hit this spot in order to avoid the train wreck that is the one on Windy Hill. Service is decent. They aren't too friendly, but most PO folks aren't, so I take it for what it is and keep it moving. As long as they can get my package out or sell me some stamps, we solid! Hours are limited here as they close each day at 1:45 PM and are not open at all on the weekends. Overall, it is a limited service and resourced Post Office, but it get's the job done when I need.

We all know USPS usually gets a bad rap with long lines, summertime-no A/C, wintertime no-heat. Above all else, the unpleasant employees behind the counter. Not with my visit to this location. As I made my way to the line I got acknowledged by all three employees behind the counter. Clerk 70 gave me another welcome while she assisted me in mailing my Son's Absentee Ballot. Which by the way Clerk 70 shared additional insight on how to track your ballot. Not for nothing, this location may be the cleanest post office I've been to.

I PAID EXTRA FOR THIS PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, because ITS VERY IMPORTANT i called yesterday and didn't give me no explanation whatsoever, i called today and they said for my refund i needed to go to a physical post office or do it online which it takes 7-10 business days for be mailed to me. They are rude, lazy, and truly have no business working with the general public. Many packages that make it to this post office are going missing before ever getting scanned. They ask the community to leave packages in an unsecure area where anyone from the general public can access and take the packages from the bin after they are left by customers. Many of the employees are rude and argumentative. If you are able, the smartest thing that you can do is avoid this post office altogether and go to the nearby Winston post office.
