Having a PO Box supports the operation of the Post Office, so this is a slap in the face to their customers that directly support them. Due to this ongoing issue, I will no longer use a PO Box and save that money instead.

Last visit - there was an employee that did this and even escorted myself and another customer over to the kiosk to purchase our postage. It was nice. I can't say I would recommend the kiosk - because it was not intuitive - and even the trained postal employee (that took us out of line and was assisting) had some struggles (albeit minor) with he interface. All in all - nice little post office. Workers are slooooow, but it's a Mayberry type slow - let's annoying because they're chatty and friendly with the slow movements - lol... so you don't mind it as much.

This Post Office is tucked away in the corner of the Planet Fitness shopping center that sits at…read morethe corner of Spring Road and South Cobb Drive. It is a tiny Post Office that is big enough for an 8ft counter, prep table for your labels and a few P.O. boxes. In all it's glory it is a drop off location more than anything. There isn't a sprawling store where you can purchase items, a business center for you to print and make copies or a plethora of associates to assist. If I am fully prepared with my package and don't really need anything more than a drop off location, I will hit this spot in order to avoid the train wreck that is the one on Windy Hill. Service is decent. They aren't too friendly, but most PO folks aren't, so I take it for what it is and keep it moving. As long as they can get my package out or sell me some stamps, we solid! Hours are limited here as they close each day at 1:45 PM and are not open at all on the weekends. Overall, it is a limited service and resourced Post Office, but it get's the job done when I need.

This was at 4:05 PM. Eventually, a few other customers started walking in and we were all baffled. They are rude, lazy, and truly have no business working with the general public. Many packages that make it to this post office are going missing before ever getting scanned. They ask the community to leave packages in an unsecure area where anyone from the general public can access and take the packages from the bin after they are left by customers. Many of the employees are rude and argumentative. If you are able, the smartest thing that you can do is avoid this post office altogether and go to the nearby Winston post office.
