Located inside of the food court

Park at the food court entrance! I can see why they would put a Post Office here. The nice thing is that it's open until 6pm on Saturday.

NEVER OPEN. WORST USPS DONT COUNT ON THIS ONE. have needed to ship and every time I visit it is always closed. doesn't matter what time what day it is never open.

Convenient USPS location. I live around the corner and these guys are open all day on Saturdays. The line was short and they had twoo staff members working the desk so it was quick and painless. The easiest access is the park at the food court parking lot, walk in the automatic sliding dooors to the food court and it's on your right as you walk in. Easy peasy lemon squeezy :)

A line of customers waiting for the post office to open DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS, because it's closed.

Very unreliable. You never know if it's open or closed. The official hours are on the door "10am-6pm". A note next to it says "We may take a break between 2 and 4pm." Another note says "Will be back at 4:30pm." I've waited from 4pm until 4:45pm and left, because IT IS CLOSED DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS. This is not acceptable.

Absolutely terrible. Today I was discriminated against for being a person with disabilities and having my REGISTERED service animal. The lady (refused to give her name; light skin with braids: clerk 91 @4:58pm) tried to argue me down that my dog needed to have on a vest (which is not ADA mandated) in order for her to service me. I proceeded to show her service dog tags and even offered to present her paperwork to which she denied and told me to get out. Her coworker claimed they weren't even certain of the policy regarding service animals. It was just a terrible experience (especially as a visitor to the Atlanta area) and I hope USPS does a better job at hiring and screening for employees and customer service representatives. I am very disappointed and someone should take preventative action before a discrimination lawsuit ensues.

One if not the only USPSs open till 6pm on Saturday. And YES it's in the mall. At the end of the food court. Relatively clean but it's a small location with one rep when I went.

Never open when I come here. How are your business hours open till 6 but you're never there? It's not acceptable and I'm over it.

Closed whenever is convenient for them. Pretty sure my expensive package was "lost" on purpose from this location. Would not recommend.

It is a tiny Post Office that is big enough for an 8ft counter, prep table for your labels and a few P.O. boxes. In all it's glory it is a drop off location more than anything. There isn't a sprawling store where you can purchase items, a business center for you to print and make copies or a plethora of associates to assist. If I am fully prepared with my package and don't really need anything more than a drop off location, I will hit this spot in order to avoid the train wreck that is the one on Windy Hill. Service is decent. They aren't too friendly, but most PO folks aren't, so I take it for what it is and keep it moving. As long as they can get my package out or sell me some stamps, we solid! Hours are limited here as they close each day at 1:45 PM and are not open at all on the weekends. Overall, it is a limited service and resourced Post Office, but it get's the job done when I need.

I have to highlight the outstanding customer service Ashley provided at this location…read more Unfortunately, the AC is currently out, and not only is the AC out the heating unit accidentally got tripped and turned on. Therefore the working conditions are pretty brutal as it was burning hot. I'm saying, I started sweating in less than 5 minutes of standing in line. There was a line of possibly 7 people when I arrived and Ashley was the only employee at the counter at the time. I also came after work and the post office was closing in 10 minutes, so I know it was the end of the day for her shift as well. She greeted each and every customer with a smile and made sure their package was handled with care. If she was unable to come to a solution for a customer she sought out help from another coworker to get the customer an answer, all while in the heat. She was pleasant, assured everyone waiting in line that she would tend to them shortly and kept apologizing about the heat issue. I was the last customer for the day and she even stayed behind after her shift was over to answer all the questions I had about an application I need to send off. Customer service like this seems to be fleeting in our society nowadays so it was so refreshing to experience a person of Ashley's caliber. If anyone in upper management reads this, I truly hope you give Ashley some sort of recognition or even better a raise, she truly is a gem.

Sometimes, they're able to have two people at the counter, but more often than not, it's just a single person handling the entire premises on their lonesome. So it shouldn't surprise anyone that the last time I went, it took around half an hour to get from the back of the line to the front (even if it was 1:30 pm on a random Tuesday). There is a self-service kiosk, but it seems to operate intermittently. The past few times I've been in, it wasn't available for stamping and accepting packages, so nearly everyone who came through the door had to resignedly join the line. That said, the single person who I often see at the front of the line is always cordial, if unhurried. Since this is one of the few post offices in the area, my advice to anyone who needs to come is to leave more time for your postal errands that you think you might need, and avoid parking in the 15 minute parking spots if you can (I parked here once, thinking it'd be an in-and-out errand and found someone chalking my tires).

Over the years, I have had a few unpleasant exchanges with her over my mail/packages and today was the last straw. Well, I was expecting a package from Canada which was due to arrive on Feb 4/26. The items were for my brother's funeral so when I received an email from these people that my package had arrived, I swung by to pick it up. It was not the correct package so I tracked the package on my phone and saw that it was refused by the receiver (UPS @ 2451 Cumberland). I explained to her that the package coming in from Canada may require a custom fee. She (Kirsten) admitted that earlier in the day she refused a package because they didn't have any cash on hand however, she didn't bother to look at the name of the receiver or inquire what the cost was. I found that rather odd and off putting but didn't bother to question her further. She suggested I call the 1-800. I got in my car and did just that. The cost was $44.99. I immediately called back the store and spoke to Kirsten's dad (older man). I asked him how they would handle packages that required Custom Fees/COD. Her Dad explained that their 'protocol' for packages requiring Custom Fees or COD are: They would call the customer (myself) and confirm whether I wanted them to accept and pay for it on my behalf and then I would in turn reimburse them. My package was redeliverd on Feb 6/26. I went in to pick it up and asked the dad for clarification on why his daughter (Kirsten), would refuse a package without looking at the name and wouldn't even bother to follow 'protocol' given the fact that, yes, I've been a customer for nearly 20yrs. He staunchly defended her saying that maybe my name was not on the package, that I should have given them a heads up about the custom fees and blah blah blah. Sir, I just spoke to you a couple days ago about your protocol!!! None of this sat well with me so I returned by mailbox key and demanded a refund on my mailbox.
