They had multiple signs posted at the same time with completely conflicting information--one saying they were on break until 5:30, while others listed different hours. No clear indication of whether they were actually open or closed. Ended up wasting a trip because of the confusion. If you're coming here, don't rely on the posted hours--call ahead or expect inconsistency. They need to get it together! read more

i've been coming to this usps at least twice a month, and lately i've had the pleasure to be attended by a super nice young man who always goes beyond with the service!! i don't know his name, but not once have i been disappointed with his service :-) the location is nice, and this usps does the job! however, im not giving 5 stars because they're closed at times while appearing to be open on google maps, which really throws away people's time (myself included). and i've met some workers who make you want to leave the store, just draining. 4/5 read more

This gem is tucked away in the mall's food court. Easy parking. Small location but was just perfect. I've been to this location about a dozen times over the course of the past 10 years, most recently today. I don't know if their employees take happy pills in the morning, get big bonuses for every customer they serve, but they are simply the best post office I've been to. They are friendly, very efficient and should be a working model for other post offices to follow - such as the one within a mile of them by LA Fitness. read more

Convenient USPS location. I live around the corner and these guys are open all day on Saturdays. The line was short and they had twoo staff members working the desk so it was quick and painless. The easiest access is the park at the food court parking lot, walk in the automatic sliding dooors to the food court and it's on your right as you walk in. Easy peasy lemon squeezy :) read more

Very unreliable. You never know if it's open or closed. The official hours are on the door "10am-6pm". A note next to it says "We may take a break between 2 and 4pm." Absolutely terrible. Today I was discriminated against for being a person with disabilities and having my REGISTERED service animal. The lady (refused to give her name; light skin with braids: clerk 91 @4:58pm) tried to argue me down that my dog needed to have on a vest (which is not ADA mandated) in order for her to service me. I proceeded to show her service dog tags and even offered to present her paperwork to which she denied and told me to get out. Her coworker claimed they weren't even certain of the policy regarding service animals. It was just a terrible experience (especially as a visitor to the Atlanta area) and I hope USPS does a better job at hiring and screening for employees and customer service representatives. I am very disappointed and someone should take preventative action before a discrimination lawsuit ensues. read more

The USPS website says this location opens at 10am on Saturdays. Arrived there are around 11:15am, and the location was just closed. On the front, where it shows the hours of operation, the opening hours for Saturdays and weekdays have been scratched out. Only the closing hours are still there. I've also been there in the past when they've been closed in the middle of the afternoon. On one occasion, I asked someone who worked there about the location being closed in the middle of the day, and they responded that the employees take a 90-minute lunch in the middle of each afternoon and just shut down the location during that time. read more

Just right inside the door of the food court. Plenty of parking and easy access. And once again they're open till 6 PM Monday through Saturday. read more

Awful experience. I had a package with the printed label from ebay. It was a first class mail package. I brought it open to check the weight. The rude guy at the counter told me I couldn't use their tape to close it (because it was not a priority package) and that I had to buy the $3,59 roll they sell or pay for another shipment. The man and woman over the counter were NO help whatsoever. They were very rude and unprofessional. I tried to mail a 3lb package and the man gave me trouble because my package didn't have the right tape. Instead of offering an alternative, he didn't say a thing. I ended up leaving the store to fix the problem to come back (asap) when it was about closing time. The man saw me this time & literally closed the gate in front of me knowing I'd just been rushing to get back (in rush hour). Even though it's a convenient location, I'd never go to this office again. I'd rather drive the extra minutes and go to a different store where they treat you with good customer service. read more

This post office lacks a mailbox on the outside of the gate. Once the gate is closed, you are no longer able to drop off mail. You must ride down the street to the Akers Mill post office. This is very inconvenient. Note: The post office closes at 6 and is located in the food court. read more
