The office was extremely organized and was set up with greeting cards, mailing supplies, priority envelopes, etc. The employee also made sure she greeted everyone as they came in and she appeared to truly enjoy her job. Although she was the only one in the front, she did not appear to be overwhelmed or rush the interaction. She was also very helpful with my stamp purchase and shared a stamp that was not on display that I ended up purchasing. I was surprised to see the low rating that they had. You're going to wait at the DMV and the Post Office but if you receive a positive experience don't take it out on the employees, most of the time it's unprepared customers.

There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I didn't quarrel with them, but they refused to give me my package to the grounds that they could not prove the identity of the recipient. Although I had provided my identity, my package showed that it was going to be returned to the sender, but after 10 days, my package status has not been updated. I called them and they couldn't find my package. Now I don't know where my package is, whether it has been lost or stuck in any process. What I want to say is that you employees working in USPS must do your best to make things difficult for others. You really should go to hell. To be honest, it's cheaper for you to go to hell. You should be hit by cars, shot to death, and bitten to death by wild dogs. You don't deserve to live in this world. I hope that one day someone will kill you all because of your arrogance. At that time, you will know what retribution is.
