From the very beginning of my situation until the very end, Ms. Juannita went above and beyond to help me locate and receive my package. I was here today morning for the US Passport service. It was a walk-in at 8:30 AM. The service was really fast, I was just in and out for 10 minutes. The lady at the counter was very professional and very helpful. Also helped me in explaining about how to follow-up on my package. The place was maintained clean and neat. Updated 9/13: this same carrier stopped at my sketchy "fake nail salon in her house" (is that even legal?!) nextdoor neighbor's house to obviously get her nails done and has left the postal truck alone in the street for over an hour now, unattended!.. you can clearly see in the pics she is not inside it! You've got to be kidding! This is what postal employees do when they should be delivering mail. She left the fake nail salon at 4:50pm Delivery attempted? Driveway blocked? No access to delivery location?? The woman is TOO LAZY to put ALL the packages in the mailbox and yes they fit so she holds onto them instead...I OWN A BUSINESS SO YES I HAVE LOTS OF INCOMING STUFF.... the notoriously lazy mail delivery person usually sits at the end of my driveway WAITING on one of us to walk to her to grab a package! She even BEEPS THE HORN!!!! I understand physical activity is NOT everyone's forte but why does USPS hire drivers who can't be bothered to get 20 steps to deliver a package to a door when necessary?! This combined with the fact she always gives me MY NEXTDOOR neighbor's mail is ridiculous. I've had a few encounters with this one older male in the front. Salt and pepper hair with the glasses. Very racists and rude to me and my family. One encounter was when I wanted to renew my passport, and this man went straight to. Do you have a drivers license? What happens if I call ICE right now? Every time I'm supposed to have a package delivered through this post office, there's an issue. Once, the carrier delivered my package, that had $246 worth of clothing, to the wrong house, and I had to literally chase her in my car so she could go back and get it. Now she's said my package was delivered 9:30 at night, in ot at my mailbox when I ordered a huge box of protein shakes that she knows will not fit in that little mailbox. I'm really upset because she's had packages of mines on her truck and only gave them to me because I asked about them. She said she didn't have them, then after checking the truck, they were there. Ronald Wilson is just a savior. I have to say that if it wasn't him and his great work, courtesy and professionalism, I would have lost a very expensive package to a scammer who tricked me to send it to her address. I called USPS in Forest Park, GA in the early morning, and Ronald Wilson had time to help me. Ronald Wilson is not only incredibly helpful as USPS employee, but also very attentive and has lots of knowledge - for example, he already knew that there were lots of complaints about that particular address. Ronald managed to save my day and even more - he managed to stop scammers and frauds to get things they are shamelessly waiting for. I was very lucky to meet Ronald Wilson and I hope to meet more people like you at USPS post offices and just generally in my life. You make this world better by simply doing your job. This place need a to have a sense of urgency when a customer has an issue. I have a package I ordered that was not delivered. I go to the post office to check on it. I myself am a former employee of USPS and the clerk Rodney basically blew me off. I asked to speak to the supervisor which he told me I couldn't. I've worked in stations and I know they can contact the carriers to see what happened. This was not great customer service and Rodney should be trained on how to service the people or move his ass out the window read more

Why have a phone number when the line is ALWAYS BUSY, and no one EVER picks up the phone?! I've ordered my package on the 19th of Sept. with Amazon Prime and was supposed to receive my package on the 21st of Sept. My package has been sitting in the same spot for 2 days...WHY? People have no sense of urgency when it comes to other people's things. My son's 4th bday is tomorrow and I have NO idea where his package is. :( IDK who to blame in this situation, but when viewing the tracking record, all fingers are pointed towards USPS. The people in here are SO RUDE! The last 3 times I've been in to drop of prepaid packages I was chastised for waiting in line to get a receipt for tracking and told next time to put my packages on the counter instead of waiting. I walk in today and a woman literally YELLS at me saying "NO MA'AM BRING THEM DOWN HERE" like I was purposely trying to get away with doing something wrong?? So I had to wait another 10 minutes (on my lunch break) to drop the packages off and when I expressed my confusion and annoyance with the fact that USPS has never picked up my packages when I tried to schedule pick up and now I can't even quickly drop them off the man behind the counter quickly got rude with me. I'm done with this location and USPS as a whole. I will be using FedEx and UPS from now on. read more

I hate going to that location to retrieve my package. And both times. I had a bad experience with them. The people who works there knows absolutely NOTHING!!! Earlier today I went there and the dumb ass guy tells me that my address isn't valid. So I was like WTF!!! "Then how do I think I've been receiving my mail". He says "he doesn't know". Mind u I was up there this past Thursday a.m and the supervisor was supposed to called me back. (UMMM!!!!!I'm still waiting on that call). And here it is Saturday and he thought that I was going to give him the same info just so who ever can "call me Monday". So at this point I'm just disgusted and asked for the name of his supervisor and the idiot says " I don't know her name". So I said "what u mean u don't the name of your Supervisors name". After that I left before I wind up saying some really foul mess.... anyways, I called the Mableton location and she couldn't believe that they actually told me that the address didn't exist and that he didn't know his supervisor name. She eventually found out that it was returned to the sender. She was pretty nice and did apologize on the behalf of the Forest Park Post Office location. The Postal carrier was a fill in to our regular Postman on 11/30/17 and she passed right by every house on my dead end street flying, my husband and I were outside waiting on a part for my car and she didn't even stop. Then she wrote on the USPS Tracking number that there was "No Secure Location" when both of us were outside and there were 3 cars in driveway, we have a mailbox and a porch. She left mail for no one on the street at all, while we commented that we didn't think those little trucks would even go that fast. If she sends my mail back I have nothing to pick up my package with. I left a complaint on the National Post Office website and found this area this morning.
