Absolutely horrible customer service. Set up a 2:30 appointment and arrived the for notary services and the woman behind the counter dismissed me completely. She told me they were supposed to be there between 3-7 and didn't care about my appointment. I still decided to wait and watched her be rude to at least 6 other customers in the mean time. A woman and her child who had a language barrier asked her for help, and she scowled at them and refused to help. I stepped in myself when the woman asked me, and then she decided to come over once I stepped towards the computer. She rudely glared at the woman when she if she could to pay with card, then even scowled at the child. Disgusting human being and I will not return to this location. read more

I hate that this is the closest location a company gave me to return a package. How is the store not open 40 minutes after the schedule opening time?? The website and the door says the store opens at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Here it is, 10:40 a.m. and the store isn't open. There are several people waiting outside. the morrow location NEVER opens on time. I have been on a Tuesday, Friday and Saturday morning and they are never opened at the assigned time. I waited nearly 5 minutes on Tuesday and today I waited 22 minutes. The employee was rude, didn't ask for assistance and they had a line outside. I have a certain day to return my package and this location not opening on time is frustrating. Luckily today is Saturday and I had a little more time to wait, but this needs to be fixed soon. 12/2 12:24pm. The employees here and unprofessional and rude and DISGUSTING. I came to send out a package as I'm getting my things situated I'm watching what appears to be a manager talk to a customer EXTREMELY rude. The employee or manager had on a dark grey sweat suit and black sneakers she was light skin with glasses had her hair up in a high pony or half up and down with black curly weave. And she was NASTY i was disgusted at her tone and lack of professionalism. The customer (a shorter dark skin woman with locs or braids) said "you know what i think i will go to another UPS store" and i told her she should. In between all of that going on, i was returning a package and the merchant sent me a shipping label that needed to be printed. I asked if i can send it to them and the young man behind the register gave me the email address where i can send it and said NOTHING ELSE. As I'm about to walk out (because the return was free) he tells me it's $1.20 for the label. It's no problem but i asked why he didn't say that first before printing because what if i didn't have anything on me? He looks at me silently meanwhile the manager with the nasty ass gutterbutt attitude is being rude to her guest. I walk over to pay and the price says $2.60.... I told him "you just told me a different price than what's on here" he continues to look at me and have nothing to say. I'm complaining to him that it's unprofessional to tell someone a charge AFTER the service and not before hand and then to not state the accurate amount or apologize for any inconvenience. It's not the price that's the problem it's the attitude and lack of professionalism. ITS NOT THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT THAT YOU DONT WANT TO WORK!!! Nobody applied for that job but YOUUUUUUU!!!!! You know why i didn't apply for UPS? I went in today 7/20/25 expecting resistance from who I believe to be the manager because she is never friendly. So to avoid her all together I go to the self scan. Once I scanned my return, a message displayed if this is a phone see an associate (only one, a black woman) for the record, so am I. I approach her and instantly she tells me to use the self scan. I let her know it is a phone and what the message displayed. I asked if she minded handling the transaction. I inform her that I am already waiting an outcome from an investigation with UPS regarding a missing phone that they lost. She never responds. She comes from around the counter and proceeds to go to self scan and throws the box in the bin. I ask if she is the mgr and she doesn't respond. I say is it a yes, no or are you refusing to answer. As she is walking away she said have a good day and walked to the back room. She is never pleasant to deal with. And today she is not dressed appropriately with a short purple T-shirt dress on. I reminded her that it takes nothing to be kind unless kindness is just not in you. All she had to do was be nice and helpful but as usual she chose to be nasty. Went into the store today for a print, drop-off and notary. Ironically, the customer immediately in front of me needed a notary too. I believe his name was Marcell (whom I can only assume is the manager by his street attire) told the guy that a notary wouldn't be in until 3:30pm (it was around 12:30). The guy told the ppl he was with and walked out in disappointment. Marcell waited until the coast was clear to say something along the lines of it not being hard to become one and that the guy should get his own store then he'd have one there all the time. what?! Is that really how you'd speak about a possible customer, with another customer in line?!? He called me up. Took my package. Scanned it and threw it in the bin. No salutation- nothing! There's a black guy that wears a red shirt is so dam rude ugly and nasty acting. I called to see if there was a notary there and he answered the phone as if it was his personal phone. If "no star" was available, that would be my review. Our business paid for and expected overnight delivery on dated material. The package was delivered five days later! This transaction occurred March 17th, 2022. Delivery was made March 22nd. When I followed up on this delivery blunder, the person at Morrow UPS used an excuse that there was an auto accident two days"after" expected delivery. Of course, I questioned how that could have possibly caused a delay since the delivery should have already taken place. We requested a refund since the service was guaranteed. Our contact dates with the store were 3/30/22, 4/8/22, 4/25/22, 5/4, 22, 5/10/22, 8/23/22, and 9/26/22. Each communication involved a response of..."I will check on the refund and get back with you. It never happened. Finally, on 9/26/22, I thought I would give them another chance after the corporate office told me nothing could be done by corporate. The store was responsible SINCE A CHECK WAS ISSUED ON APRIL 6TH, 2022 AND WAS WAS SENT TO THE UPS STORE! When I spoke to the manager/owner today, she said several times that the check was not there. Then, magically, it WAS THERE. The check is only good for 180 days. This is the 173rd day. I asked her why we were not contacted and she responded that she tried to call but our mailbox was full. I told her that our mailbox is NEVER full as we delete after each message and our service is set up to auto permanently delete after just a couple days. I picked up the check and noticed that the fuel and processing fee were both deducted from refund. I have to agree with most of the negative reviews that the manager/owner is a very negative rude person. I realize the public can be difficult at times to deal with, but taking a deep breath and not reacting is very much worth it. I have to say, after waiting six months for a resolution, I am a patient person...all for such a small sum. Don't waste your time calling corporate or customer service numbers since the only response you will hear is that they cannot do anything, you will have to contact the store. It is worth the drive to Stockbridge UPS in order to receive the service expected. read more

Worst service ever. I was so angry I have let 2 weeks pass before writing this review. Nevertheless; the tall, thin, beautiful girl charged me for a piece of tape for a postage package where Amazon had already agreed to pay postage in full on their product return . The package needed a bit of reinforcement, to make sure it did not come loose while being tossed about on it's way back to Amazon.com Packaging is their expertise. While I did apologize for my less lady-like behavior for having to Pay $.$$ for a bit of tape as I left the store. She simply smirked as I left the store. I promise that I will back; NEVER. SO RUDE! This has to be the worst UPS store I have ever been in. There is only one guy working in this store. He is wearing a t-shirt and jeans. He has no personality at all. If you ask him a question he makes no eye contact at all and if he even answers you it is as if you have asked him to give birth on the spot. The security is terrible because there is no one to watch to see if your packages are safe. If he is the only one there. Who is watching when he leaves. I felt very uncomfortable in this store. I entered this location to have a package delivered. When I entered I heard an employee yelling at customer "sir we are not UPS we are a branch of UPS, but whatever you are asking we cannot do it here!" The man frustrated responded "well your just to stupid to do your job properly." Instead of walking away the employee responds "your stupid!" It was extremely unprofessional of this employee and she continued with yelling obscenities in front of other customers. Her co-worker tried to calm her down, but the young lady still vented on about the incident. I left with my two year old son because I don't want him exposed to that type of behavior and I refuse to go back to this location until they learn better costumer service and treat their customers with more respect. So whenever I manage to actually receive service here, it's great. The workers are friendly and I'm out of there in a matter of minutes. But, and this is a major but, they almost never open on time! They're SUPPOSED to open up at 8:30, however in the last month, I've gone three times at or a little after 8:30 and they weren't open. No workers in sight, the place still locked up. To the last review. You are right about customer service, perhaps she could have handled it better. I was there that same day with my husband and son, and this man had gotten irritated at the employee because she attended to someone who had unknowingly cut in front of him and he snapped at her. She apologized and took him next, she tried to assist him in getting a label printed from UPS, she told him they didn't have access to the UPS system and to forward the label to them {at the store} to print..he couldn't do it, got frustrated again and called her 'stupid'. I don't know about you but I NEVER want anyone calling me names regardless of how upset you are. Because these folks work behind a counter and deal with 50 different personalities every hour does not mean they don't have feelings. People are so quick to point out the wrong of customer service, but what about the person that called her stupid? Why don't you write a review about him too? If you were there, why didn't you stop the man and tell him he was wrong? why didn't you intervene instead of taking it to social media. Why didn't you stand up for her? What if someone called your 2yr old 'stupid'? What would you do then?...blame the kid and say 'you need to learn better manners'. You said she was loud, she wasn't.
