    12/2 12:24pm. The employees here and unprofessional and rude and DISGUSTING. I came to send out a package as I'm getting my things situated I'm watching what appears to be a manager talk to a customer EXTREMELY rude. The employee or manager had on a dark grey sweat suit and black sneakers she was light skin with glasses had her hair up in a high pony or half up and down with black curly weave. And she was NASTY i was disgusted at her tone and lack of professionalism. The customer (a shorter dark skin woman with locs or braids) said "you know what i think i will go to another UPS store" and i told her she should. In between all of that going on, i was returning a package and the merchant sent me a shipping label that needed to be printed. I asked if i can send it to them and the young man behind the register gave me the email address where i can send it and said NOTHING ELSE. As I'm about to walk out (because the return was free) he tells me it's $1.20 for the label. It's no problem but i asked why he didn't say that first before printing because what if i didn't have anything on me? He looks at me silently meanwhile the manager with the nasty ass gutterbutt attitude is being rude to her guest. I walk over to pay and the price says $2.60.... I told him "you just told me a different price than what's on here" he continues to look at me and have nothing to say. I'm complaining to him that it's unprofessional to tell someone a charge AFTER the service and not before hand and then to not state the accurate amount or apologize for any inconvenience. It's not the price that's the problem it's the attitude and lack of professionalism. ITS NOT THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT THAT YOU DONT WANT TO WORK!!! Nobody applied for that job but YOUUUUUUU!!!!! You know why i didn't apply for UPS? BECAUSE I DONT WANNA WORK THERE!!! so i CHOSE a job that i can work at without having a nasty ass attitudes with the customers as if we woke you up and forced you to take your lazy ass to work!!! Go back to the drawing board !!! The manager needs training more than the gentleman behind the register because she should've been able to deescalate both situations to make everyone happy. The LEAST you could do is smile and have a pleasant voice BECAUSE YOUR ASSSSSSS DECCIIIIDDDEEEEDDDD TO WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! LEARN HOW TO SERVICE PPL!!!!

    I didn't even get color!! Smh  OBEE was horrible!

    Terrible service . Terrible atmosphere. Don't go to this location. The workers here are not helpful and very inattentive.

    If you are a freelancer or vendor, do not work with this business without full payment upfront…read more In July 2025, I was hired by Allan Hill--who represented himself as the owner--to complete design work for a City of East Point project, including a double-sided flyer and a custom infographic. I delivered everything on time and completed all requested revisions. Before the work started, Allan spoke extensively about how other "Black-owned businesses" don't support each other or don't pay. Ironically, that ended up being exactly my experience with him. After completing the work, I was never paid as promised. Instead, I was given months of excuses--most often that he was "waiting on payment" from the City of East Point--even though my agreement was with him and his business, not the City. At one point, I was invited to dinner under the pretense of discussing additional projects. No business was discussed. Instead, he made personal advances that I declined both in person and again via text. After I made it clear I was not interested, communication changed immediately--calls went unanswered and the excuses about payment increased. What stood out the most was the contrast. During that same dinner, Allan bragged about his connections, businesses in other states, and expensive purchases--including cars he bought for his brother and son, and a new car he was considering buying for himself for his birthday. Yet throughout this entire time, I was repeatedly told he didn't have $600 to pay for completed work. Nearly a year later, I have received only $100 toward a $600 invoice, and that payment didn't come until November 2025. After that, I was told I would receive the remaining balance within a couple of weeks, but I have not heard anything since. Communication also became increasingly rude and hostile, as if I was bothering him or asking for a favor instead of requesting payment for completed work. The entire interaction is documented. I have emails and text messages showing the full timeline--from initial outreach to delivery to repeated promises of payment that were never honored. This experience was unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of time. Proceed with caution.

    I have used their printing services twice since moving to this area. I can't say enough great…read morethings about their prompt service and professional customer service. The prices are reasonable and the entire process is very convenient. You can submit your documents and pay online. East Point Printing has a new loyal customer!
