I dislike the fact I have to give a star at all. Every time and I mean every time I come to this USPS location clerk 23 is very unprofessional and rude. She can be seen in the picture I've posted. She will let the line build take her time and even talk to other co workers while they are doing their jobs with complete disregard to the customers. Then have an attitude when you go to her window. I'm not sure if it's because she has seniority at this location or what but they need to relieve her of her duties and allow someone to come in that uphold the USPS values.

This is ridiculous. Extended lunches and closing before 4:30. They have the nerve to raise prices to pay for limited services.

Easy access to drop boxes. Be mindful of closing times for lunch so you won't have to make a return visit.

A payment was mailed to them, but apparently was lost by the post office dept. ( another crappy option ) Paid TA by phone so the policy wouldn't lapse. They assured me the check would not be cashed. Guess what. I called for a refund. It show's 2 payments being made. Now they want ME to go to the bank, get a statement showing 2 payments were made. Customer service my A$$. What company in 2025 does not offer online payments? This company is a joke. I've been paying on this life insurance policy for 30 years. Do I trust them to pay out at the time of my death? Hell no. I don't trust anything they say or do. Should be called Clownsamerica

Now when I called I will say that the employees were very friendly, but not very knowledgeable about the inner workings of the company and how the products work. Had to speak to three different employees and still never really resolved my issues. Have to wait for someone to contact me later! As much as 15 business days. My employer was the one that chose to utilize your services. With what I've seen thus far I would not have made the same choice. Get your apps working properly!

Yesterday afternoon (September 22), I visited the UPS Store located at 1659 Highway 120 in…read moreMcDonough a little after 6PM to pick up shoes I had ordered. This location was selected as my access point for the package. I informed the gentleman at the counter to let him know I was there for a package pick up and of course, He went to search for the package. After a few attempts, he returned to inform me that they did not have the package. I presented all the shipping information, and he came back twice, reiterating that they couldn't locate it; However, during his last search, he brought out a package marked "HOLD," stating there would be a $5 fee to receive it. I was confused by this charge, so I asked him to tell me why I would have to pay $5 for a package I had already paid to have delivered. He explained that it was their policy because the company that sent it (Nike) did not code it as an access point. I questioned the relevance of this and I requested the release of my package. He then asked another representative to explain that since the vendor did not code the label correctly, I would be required to pay the $5. Additionally, there was another customer experiencing another issue at that same time. A gentleman behind me offered to pay the fee, but I explained that it wasn't about the money; I simply needed clarification on the policy. I inquired about where I could view this policy online or on the receipt, but the information was not communicated clearly. I then requested to speak with the manager. He mentioned he would contact the owner, which I thought was a better option. There was also a young lady present whose behavior was quite disturbing. She mumbled comments about me to other customers, prompting me to address her behavior, but she seemed unconcerned. I noticed she locked the doors at 6:23 PM, even though the store was supposed to remain open until 6:30 PM, preventing other customers from entering. After the owner was contacted, I'm not sure what was discussed, but he instructed the staff to give me the package. My concern is this: if there's no standard operating procedure (SOP) and this information isn't part of UPS policy, how many customers are being charged $5 without questioning it? This issue should be addressed with the vendor, not the consumer. The experience was quite embarrassing for me as a customer, and it raises the question of whether such practices are acceptable. Taking advantage of customers is not appropriate. If this is indeed the policy, it should be made visible so customers can address it with the vendor they purchased from. I strongly recommend immediate training for employees on policies, procedures, and customer relations. I have a photo of a handwritten message to hold; however I cannot upload.
