I had cataract surgery at the Riverdale office and the wait time was very long. The staff seems to work really hard, but I figured out the physician is chronically late. I waited four hours before my surgery started. For a 15 minute surgery, this is poor customer service . I went to the McDonough office for post op visit and the place was full. The physician again did not come until 1030am and our appointment time was 930 am. I am sitting here still waiting. Although, I think the physician is certainly competent, this practice lacks in efficiency and overall customer service. I would not come back or patronize again. read more
