April Employee #216349 Constructed a box for a poster-sized photograph. 12/24/2025 @ 10:51 AM. She said she needed to construct a box and would wrap the picture in bubble wrap, but it would cost $232.61. The shipping receipt amount was $190.95. My credit card was charged $231.61. April also obviously ripped me off!!! I received the item, and the glass in the frame was broken. I asked for $200 insurance, which she never gave me. UPS will not pay me for anything since she never applied the insurance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had a horrible experience at this UPS.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I entered in order to return my Kindle and print IRS documents. Upon entering the white employee had her two children in the store; they were shouting, rough-housing, and cursing. I could not focus on finding all of the documents I needed to send over because it was so much going on in the store. As I was on the phone with a friend, I stated "wow. I could have never acted this way at my mom's job as a kid." [[HIGHLIGHT]]The employee stated "it's not your business, mind your business." This caused an argument.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked for the owner or manager's information; as the White lady was writing it out, the argument was ongoing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told her I just wanted the information so I could leave. As she was about to hand me the document; [[HIGHLIGHT]]the second employee (appeared to be Black/Asian/mix - younger, short) snatched the document from her and told her not to give it to me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I again stated I did not want to continue the conversation but wanted the information so I could leave. I am calling the store to speak with a member of Management as well. I went to the store due to running out of boxes to ship. I completely understand that one, they were closing- however I was allowed to come in door unlocked. Taylor which was one of the representatives working stayed oh I thought I locked the door but you I can help you. To make a long story short after describing what I needed and I will say she looked, but I could tell she was more interested in leaving- I even stated to her I apologize for coming in last minute-. She pulled out a few boxes and I explained it want what I needed- (I actually needed a flat box) I asked her if she could check a section, pointed to it as well, and she indicated to me I don't appreciate the attitude so I am going to say the store is closed. I was taken back by this and asked for her name - she refused to give her last name.. I proceeded to let her know that I would be contacting customer service. In October I sent documents through UPS store email for printing. When I got home, I realized the order was completely wrong and had to drive back up there. The manager (Tiffany) had processed the order and admitted that she had not read the email. REALLY! When the manager doesn't take the time to read the email what can I except from her subordinates?! This month I needed some documents printed and waited in line for 30 minutes with 7 people in front of me and only one person on the register. It was the manager who was on the register while another employee was slowly packaging and order. Both of these girls are young, but they were leaning on the counter and moving like they had lead in their butts. Many of us in the line were connecting on the lack of enthusiasm vs hustle the two employees displayed. When I got to the register and Savannah asked me "how are you today?" I told her I was "very frustrated as she and the manager were moving like they had dead lice falling off of them." Savannah then started raising her voice to me and became extremely rude. Seriously this dude should be fired ! Ok, we've all had to deal with the Corona virus affects. I was in this store waiting for a fax to be sent. There was two black gentlemen at the counter laughing and were engaged in a conversation with a black male employee. Now , mind you Coronavirus and the social distances we're supposed to keep. So afterwards the two gentlemen leave and a elderly white lady with a cane because she's unable to keep her balance. As she is heading up to the counter the male black employee tells her to get back! How rude, disrespectful and racist move the black male ups employee does is and was despicable. So , she leaves and a few more customers come in that are black, they wait to be called up and then leave. Then a white male comes in and comes up to the counter and he is told to get back from the counter , another racist move ! So it was ok for two other men of color to be all over the counter, not for the white elderly lady with a cane, ok for other customers of color and then not ok for a white male customer. This here is the most pathetic and despicable observation I've seen. This was my experience and folks wanna talk and report about black folks have a higher rate of Coronavirus then other races. Let's not make this about race! We need to find a cure for the Coronavirus. What we don't need to do is this and follow the position of this black ups employee at this establishment. These were the slowest 15 copies I have ever had made. The guy working the copier acted like he had never seen a copy machine in his life. He could not get my papers to feed through the automatic feeder. He did not keep my papers in order, so I had to recolate my originals and the copies. I would never recommend this store to anyone that I know, unless they have about 30 minutes to kill. read more
