Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. They lose your packages…read more I took 2 priority envelopes that I paid an upgraded fee for certified on Thursday from one post office. It was send to distribution center and back to the servicing branch which is Ewa Beach. Tracking says it was out for delivery the next day. It didn't end up being delivered and said it should be the next day. No further update. So I go to the post office and Ryan was helpful trying to look everywhere for the two envelopes. Even said she would give them back to me. She checked with her Lead Josh who I hear saying that delivery times are not guaranteed. One job here. Get mail delivered on time. I get issues with weather but we are on an island, and how do both envelopes have the exact same thing happen to them? Just needed my legal documents to get there when the expected date that was stamped on the certified ticket that was given to me. I could have taken to FedEx and had no issue, probably even paid less than I did. Such a waste of my time and money. No I just have to wait until they find them, if they do.

Parking is easy, and Michelle is the nicest USPS worker I've ever met! The first time I went, I was mailing a passport photo and I had to ask Michelle to help me staple the photo to the application because I don't own a big stapler. She was so kind and we had a good laugh about that. There's no drama and I've never experienced a long line. Today I learned that if you're just dropping off a package to be shipped (with paid labels) and it doesn't contain batteries, you can just drop it at the open window. No waiting in line needed. I was in the Waipahu area and needed to mail a package after a long couple of holiday the hours and lines has me pushing back mailing a package to a friend and knows that the delay didn't matter though was anxious to get it done. Driving up Leoku Street there is a driveway that seems like the one but it's for the USPS trucks to enter so you need to enter the second driveway which will take you to the post office which doesn't look like it as it has no sign or no suggestions that it's a post office. Lots of parking for easy access and love that they have a self service kiosk for you to mail your package as it's very convenient for all types of shipping as I used it to calculate the estimated cost before deciding on using the flat rate boxes or just on my own depending on the weight that will calculate the cost of shipping. You can find lots of table top to finish packing/writing what you need as this spacious location is very user friendly along with a driveway outside that leads up to a mailbox so you don't need to exit your car to mail your letter is a unique feature not found at many locations. If you're only dropping things off, it's so easy and fast, it's amazing. But if you're sending items, I would go elsewhere. The first time I had to send out 5 packages, it was a Saturday and USPS closes early so I went to the UPS store to send my packages. The girl put in all 5 package information, come to find out she put it in wrong in the system. So she had to start all over again, and do each package individually. The line got long after me, so I felt bad. Good thing another worker was there to help her and guide her to do it. The second time, I only had one package to send. The worker asked me if the address was correct on the screen, and I told the worker it's missing the apartment number. So he fixed it, showed me the screen and asked again "is it correct on the screen" and I said "no it's still missing the apartment number" I think the manager had to step aside the worker and guide them how to properly fix it. It did get fixed, but they over charged me so much. My packages are pretty much the same size and weight but one was under $10 the other I got charged $22. The customer service is pretty good though, they are super nice and friendly. This location is best for dropping off already ready to send mail, passport pictures from my experience. I would go back to do those services but not going to send mail through them.
