9/24/2025: I made an appointment online to get my passport application filed/renewed. The online appointment scheduling was easy. One thing to note, I tried 4 times to get the authorization code to be sent to my phone via text, but it would not work. I had to have it emailed instead. No worries, just letting others know the issue. I was helped almost immediately for my appointment time. The guy was very nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. Receipt notes: Clerk #5 on 9/24/2025 at 10:40 AM (my appointment was at 10:30 AM). I was there for maybe 15 minutes total. I was truly expecting at least 45 minutes. Everything was easy, fast, professional, and convenient. There is so much surrounding a passport, so it's hard to know where to go and what to do. I already has my photos done at Walgreens a week prior and I completed my paperwork prior to my post office appointment. Doing this will shorten your appointment time. Nonetheless, I was super happy with Clerk #5. He made my day by making my appointment a breeze. Thank you, Sir!

Best in customer service. This location has been my go to for years. They can have a line out the door and still offer amazing customer service. They are quick, friendly and courteous, even when extremely busy during the holidays. If you go during early am they are usually less busy however Saturday during their limited hours you may experience a short wait. Easy parking and close to City Centre. I still like to write and mail cards for birthdays and holidays so I will continue to use this location. Appreciate the great customer service and convenience.

Located just east of City Center. Came in to renew my passport and the process went relatively quick. The lines here were pretty short, the USPS staff were pretty snappy but all in all, this is probably as good as bureaucracy gets.

Package never left facility. Black lady behind the counter stole it.

front office clerk stolen my package!!! had around $500+ worth of new clothing!!!! and the package tracking still says its in the same usps postal location where i dropped it off at. highly likley this package was stolen it is already 5 days after it was shipped!!!! i paid extra for next day propriety shipping!!!!! was supposed to be here monday 10/10/24!! i will be filing a police report and having this lady arrested as well as sueing this postal office!!!! do not drop mail here warning!!!!!

Busy

This is my local post office and I frequent it several times per month. The ladies who work the…read morepick up window or at the Shipping counter are always in a sour mood. They seem to always be having a bad day. I try to be positive and polite when conducting business with them but their defenses are up so high, they are always so dry and short with you. This last visit I needed help tracking a package that said they attempted delivery but it was a package I was shipping to someone in another state. I was trying to explain the mixup to the window lady and she was deaf to listening to anything but trying to tell me there wasn't a package here for me. I kept telling her "I know and there shouldn't be" because I shipped a parcel to someone. She was not trying to understand the problem. She put me to the side and started helping others. I walked inside to ask for a complaint for. I was writing a letter on her non helpful rude attitude. All I wanted was for her to listen to what I was saying so we could find a solution. I ended up speaking to the post office manager who was very nice and actually listened and shortly thereafter my problem was resolved with my tracking issue.

I was dropping off around 100 packages, and after I had already unloaded about half of them, a white female employee came up to me and aggressively questioned why I was there. I explained that other USPS locations were closed, but she insisted that other locations were open. I asked her, "If other locations were open, why would I drive 30 minutes to come here?" Instead of helping, she threatened me and said that if I didn't remove my packages immediately, she would throw them away as trash. She even called her supervisor to ask whether other USPS locations were open, and somehow the supervisor claimed they were. Honestly, I have no idea how someone with that level of incompetence becomes a supervisor. In the end, I was forced to take every single package back out one by one after already unloading them, completely wasting my time and effort. Now I have to wait until Monday to go back to my regular USPS location. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and disrespectful. Absolutely terrible customer service and one of the worst USPS experiences I've ever had.

That shows how long it has been since I visited a post office. I was directed by a sign at another post office at Gessner and Westpark. Because that office doesn't have a Saturday pickup. I didn't want to let the mail sits in the collection box over the weekend. That's why I'm here. Inside looks good but outside needs some TLC. The GPS took me all the way around the block. I could have turned at Crossview Drive and Beverly Hill Street.

Too many local folks are unhappy with this location and we must put more action. I myself never have a good experience after dealing with this location many times. Customers should not feel like they have to tolerate unprofessional behavior simply because they are dealing with a government office. If enough customers properly report these experiences through the official USPS channels, there is a much better opportunity for the issue to actually reach management and be addressed. EVERYONE at this location must be Reevaluated and Most fired ! A CHANGE HAS TO BE MADE.

That was not the case during my recent visit. There was a line, but instead of one employee manning the front counter that can handle 4 attendants, they had 3 employees working, with 4th person doing clean up of the people that queued up. She asked customers certain questions to ascertain what they needed and speed up the process. She was a little gruff and to the point in her way of dealing with things, but she did have a soft spot of asking people how their day was going. With Covid, the line may seem long with social distancing, but I like the fact they understand people shouldn't be waiting in line for any longer than they need to be. When it was my turn, the guy was really nice (which I was already observing that with other customers) and got me done quickly. He seemed very experienced because he could anticipate what I needed to do from my initial approach to the counter to using the credit card system. Well done USPS. I think your manager and team needs to show other locations how to do it.

There can't be anything worse than this post office period. Extremely frustrating experience,…read moreespecially as a local business that relies on USPS for daily shipments. We regularly schedule pickups, but there have been multiple occasions where only a fraction of our packages are taken, forcing us to bring the rest to this location ourselves. Then, almost every time we drop off, there seems to be a new issue or requirement. During our most recent visit, the individual who identified herself as the manager, Vanessa Miller became extremely confrontational and grabbed a box out of my hands. We were also told our packages wouldn't be accepted without a manifest and that they could be sent to "dead mail." In previous interactions, we've even been threatened with having the police called and had our legitimate business shipments questioned as fraudulent even tho they were prepaid and we get pickups and drop offs everyday. We have no problem following USPS requirements, we just need consistent information and professional treatment. After repeated issues, I have now filed a formal complaint with USPS and requested escalation above this location's management. This has gone far beyond one bad experience and is actively interfering with our business.
