They made an error with the…read moreshipment because of an internal update to their shitty service, which caused very expensive shipment getting lost and they lied about the delivery by faking a delivery date and time on the same day the same time on all of my shipments I sent that day. They caused the customers to get their money back for not truly receiving their items. I contacted FEDEX CS and got nowhere. I contacted the BBB and got no solution from them. It cost me over $700 and FEDEX never owned up to their mistake. BEWARE and do not ship expensive stuff with FEDEX because they never admit fault even if you buy insurance.
