Needless to say, I bought my own packing supplies and shipped it from the Marion Post Office which was much more efficient and more cost effective. FEDEX is a very shady business ran by a very shady headquarter. They caused the customers to get their money back for not truly receiving their items. I contacted FEDEX CS and got nowhere. I contacted the BBB and got no solution from them. It cost me over $700 and FEDEX never owned up to their mistake. BEWARE and do not ship expensive stuff with FEDEX because they never admit fault even if you buy insurance. There are two main staff that have worked the counter for the several years I've been coming and they're always quite friendly. More than willing to work with you to get your items shipped safely and affordably. Sometimes the stamps options are limited, but I've never not been able to do what I needed. The facilities have always been very tidy and they seem to have a large section of boxes. I love my local post office!
