There's signs all over directing you where to go for the various disposal stations. No one has been particularly friendly, but I've not had any issues either. When I accidentally dropped my collection basket with the cardboard once, a few people were able to come over and retrieve it from down below with only minimal embarrassment to myself lol. I appreciate that this is accessible as far as location and hours. It's even kinda neat that there's an education center, though I wonder how much activity it actually gets.

As soon as we pulled up, two guys came out of the building and started hauling in our cardboard. They were so helpful and efficient, we were only there for a minute or two. It was painless! The other time I've gone there was to get a recycling tub since one didn't come with the property. Again, very helpful with information about what they will accept in the recycling tubs and I was in and out of there in only a couple of minutes. Recyling has never been so easy.

The literal rudeness I experienced there was absolutely off the charts. I know it's not a 4 star…read morerestaurant. It's a can shed. You drop off cans. I walk and there is a sign saying to "wait for assistance". A guy about 30-40 feet yells something in my direction. I can't hear it. He yells it again. I still can't. I say that "I have some hearing loss". He walks up about 10 feet in front of me...cups his hands around his mouth and yells it very loudly. I just dropped the bag and walked out. That level of rudeness in a casual situation is unacceptable. Especially since I told him I had hearing issues. But at a place of business....absolutely unreal. That guy has no business being in any situation where he's working with the public. I almost wish I had a camera on, because it was actually unbelievable to the point where I wouldn't believe it if I read this review myself UPDATE: One of the managers contacted me to apologize. They watched the security footage and confirmed that it happened the way I described. It turns out the employee is female and not male. Gender never came up during our conflict. They acknowledged that as well. I never intentionally mis-gender people...but sometimes it still happens to all of us. I'm changing from 1 star to 2, considering the manager took the time to contact me to sort it out.

We ended up having to take our daughter to the hospital over the weekend, and were there until about 4:00 AM. Probably because of that, I totally forgot CC Recycling was coming for the cars monday morning. I had one vehicle in the garage with only 3 tires on it (2 of which were flat) and another vehicle blocking that one into the garage. I assumed I could get the one vehicle ready to go while the other was being hooked up for the tow, but I totally misjudged how long it would take. Kevin from CC Recycling was incredibly helpful, and patient, while I did the bare minimum I needed to do to make it possible for him to tow both vehicles. I highly recommend working with CC Recycling!

Good place to get your laundry done quickly if you're a contractor in town for a couple weeks. I…read moreended up here twice during my trip, and found it relatively painless, which is the best you can say for laundry. You can get multiple machines going and get it all done quickly. There were people there both times I went, but it wasn't crowded and I didn't have trouble getting access. It was a decent place, seemed clean both times I was there. The cleaning staff was there one time, and they seem to give the place and machines a good cleaning. One vending machine ate a couple bucks of mine and didn't give me detergent, so you lose the fifth star, but otherwise top notch experience.

I always like it if I can do other things when at a laundromat like get free WiFi for my laptop (legally, not just snagging someone's signal), recycle aluminum cans, more. Here I mainly did laundry, cleaned out the car, checked email. This place was nice, clean, big parking lot with shady, free WiFi for customers, clean bathroom. I would definitely go back.

Today I went to this business with the redemption slip but they wouldn't give me the money they owe me because it was a different day from when I returned the cans. This is just wrong. They have my money and will not give it to me. Shameful!!!! Secondly, I have never met a more arrogant. disrespectful obnoxious staff than what they have at this location. They seem to not understand that the most important asset they have as a business is the customer. Without customers they would have a job or be in business. I wish I could find different location to do business with.
