I first went in enquiring about pricing and packaging procedures for certain items, which they answered with all the patience in the world. Then I went in again after a few days with a large number of packages. Stacey helped me out and shipped all my packages with a humble smile. I have seen staff at other locations roll their eyes when they see a customer who is going to take up a lot of time. Shout out to Stacey - she's the sweetest African American lady I have met till now. While she was processing the packages, we chatted about my origins, my community, holidays and so much more! This location offers all standard USPS services like PO Boxes, after hours drop off options, regular mailboxes etc. You can buy stamps, shipping material cards etc as well. Plenty of parking is available. Morning 8 am to 10 am are the slowest hrs of the day.

I guess I'm pretty diligent about returning online goods and every so often it's fun to send snail mail to friends, but other than that I'll just stop by occasionally for stamps for work mail. There are two main staff that have worked the counter for the several years I've been coming and they're always quite friendly. More than willing to work with you to get your items shipped safely and affordably. Sometimes the stamps options are limited, but I've never not been able to do what I needed. The facilities have always been very tidy and they seem to have a large section of boxes. I love my local post office!

I wished I had because I spent a…read moresmall fortune on shipping my visa application (and all the supporting documentation) and could have used all the discounts possible! Anyway, as mentioned, I needed to ship very important documents and UPS was one of two options I was given. Now, the instructions I was provided with specifically state that Express service must be used and that I must supply prepaid return shipping and packaging as well. I figured since these instructions were issued by the British Government that this would not be a problem. The store is quite bare and as far as shipping supplies, they had some, but it isn't a massive variety. I grabbed two large, padded envelopes and made my way to the counter. At the counter, a very friendly staff member greeted me and I explained the situation. He typed in the information in to give me a quote, but after typing in the information the option to create a return shipping label became greyed out. I showed him the instructions I had received and also mentioned that I created and account and I could create a return online for international shipping, but I couldn't figure out how to combine that with creating an outward shipment. This is usually why I hesitate to go to the stores, I always feel like they don't know as much about international shipping options... HOWEVER, I do feel like this guy should be given five stars for going the extra mile to get answers for me. He called the help number and was bounced around a number of times, but kept on until someone could provide an answer. Not to mention it was prime time for people to drop of their shipments and he was able to assist all of them at the same time. And just in case you were wondering, you can hear the chatter from the hair salon next door. Eventually he did get an answer (kind of ridiculous how long he was made to wait after being transferred around) and the answer was that they could not create a return for an international shipment in store. He did offer the UPS Express Envelopes so I didn't have to purchase and use the massive padded envelopes. Unfortunately, I did have to correct the addresses on the labels twice, so part of me is still a little worried that something might be incorrect with the shipment. I guess I'm a little confused as to why you can do this online, but you can't do it in store. So while I appreciate the extra effort of the staff member, I can't say that this store meets all of my shipping needs. I think I might opt for the other company if I have to do this particular shipment again.

If you send something with ups and need it insured take pictures of your packages at the store preferably with a ups employee so you have proof of what they looked like before shipping.
