Now I don't have to go to the post office. I hate that place. Getting in and out of the parking lot at the post office is an ordeal! I'm in and out here ! It's a real street address so it's better than a PO Box! I get colored pictures of my mail so I don't have to waste my time going in to check. I even get a discount on my fed ex shipping! The post office is always dreadful to think about going to, but having this alternative is a breath of fresh air. Josh, Levi, Kyle, and Alex are the gentlemen that have helped me and my husband various different times, and each time, I walk away with a 10/10 experience. We have proof and never got the check from insurance until the end of the process. As soon as we got the check, we deposited it and when it cleared we wrote a check and sent it in. They wouldn't remove the lien and they charged us fees. There were beyond rude and treated us like we were just a paycheck instead of a client that they should be working with. I would never recommend this business and i would proceed with extreme caution and document everything. They are very chase and corrupt.
