There is a line with over 29 people and only one clerk I have been waiting for. 20 min. And have 2 people in front of me .

Bradley the supervisor is not handling business, my carrier is a little retaliator when I sent in a…read morecomplaint that my packages were being thrown over my gate, or left in the driveway, just ignoring my request for front door delivery or using the parcel box, seems easy enough but not for this carrier. The carrier states they can't go through the gate but Bradley said that was not true. So, now she won't deliver my packages takes them back to the post office and leaves a slip for me to go and pick them up, no other reason than to make me have to go out of my way. I filled out the slip for redelivery, the next day I know she saw it and slapped another one on top of it ignoring the one I filled out. Not to mention after first attempt they are supposed to make a second attempt but we know why this carrier didn't, it's like an adult temper tantrum. I called into customer service waiting 20 minutes and requested a redelivery and still no redelivery, their holding my package hostage. I called in again this afternoon waiting 30 minutes and told the rep everything and she sent notice to the supervisor and filled out a complaint for me. Both reps were helpful and pleasant but still waiting? So, the carrier has written snarky notes and put in my box, she had the audacity to slice open one of my packages open and let the snow cover the contents, this is a felony. There's another package that was ripped wide open. I have video of the carrier throwing my packages and photos of everything else. So, one would think a normal person would stop doing illegal things and act their age! There was another carrier that didn't see me in my yard and was slamming the mailbox doors open and shut breaking them, Sooo we had to go pick our mail up for well over a month until they were fixed because of what he did. He was also screaming "this was already "f"scanned", when he saw me he tried to do a 180 and wave at me like you didn't see or hear a thing. All I want is my mail and packages, delivered in a reasonable manner. People need to calm down and do the job they love. Addition; Today's the 20th, I reached out to corporate at Amazon and spoke to Chris at escalations and he was taken aback how USPS is treating me as a customer and is taking actions to add USPS further down their list as one of their delivery services and making copious notes n their system. My package was still NOT delivered today even after USPS customer service (Bree) told me last night (3-19-26) they were contacting Bradley and filling a complaint.

I was already put off before I even got inside this UPS Store. As I walked up with my package, a…read moresobbing mom and her daughter were walking out, clearly shaken. The mom said she'd just had a bad experience in the store, and seeing her leave in tears immediately made me concerned and wonder what had happened. When I got to the counter with my package, the employee said it needed a quick seal. She told me she could tape it for $2. I wouldn't mind paying that if the box needed tape all over, but this was literally a tiny, 2-3 inch piece of tape just to cover a flap. Goodwill goes a long way, and good businesses make things easy for people, not difficult. That silly, frustrating interaction with an employee who seemed to enjoy making things difficult for people instantly made me understand why the previous customer was so upset. It's not about the $2; it's about an employee/policy that chooses to nickel-and-dime customers for a simple courtesy. This experience was enough for me to look for other, more customer-friendly options for my future shipping and return needs. Or keeping 2 inches of tape with me at all times
