Don't expect anything more or less. Any box, any size... Great prices, great schedule. So dumb of some people to criticize a company they know better not to. This location used to be fantastic, but it has taken a serious downturn since Rose hasn't been…read morearound. The current management and staff are completely missing the mark on basic customer service. Lately, the older Slavic lady (multiple times) working here has been locking the front doors up to 20 minutes before the official closing time. It's incredibly frustrating for people who just need a quick trip to access their PO Boxes, only to find themselves locked out while the business is legally supposed to be open. Because of this, a line of frustrated customers inevitably forms outside on the sidewalk. What makes it worse is that the staff can clearly see the crowd waiting outside, yet they make absolutely zero effort to come to the door, acknowledge anyone, or explain why they are shutting down early. Leaving paying customers stranded outside when the posted hours on the door say they should still be open is completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately. Bring back the standard of service we had under Rose.
