I get hung up on shipping as the costs vary widely, I don't always know what box to use, and it's just a general black hole at times. They'll get you set straight here and usually with a smile. The prices are what they are, sometimes fair, sometimes a bit high but it's on par with any other shipping services as far as I know. It's also very easy to get in and out here. There is street parking, the ability to walk a block or two, and even their own little lot attached to the west side of the building. A regular staple for me as someone who works remotely and it's always quick and easy.

After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer.
