They will actually send you for free recycling bags that are already pre-addressed and you just have to drop them off at a UPS Store to ship. The only issue with this for me is that I tend to end up with a few of these bags filled to the brim with used pods sitting in my car until the whole car smells of stale coffee and only then do I end up searching frantically for the closest UPS Store. That was the exact scenario a few weeks ago when I landed here. Overall there isn't much to report about this location, it's a very standard UPS store. When I popped in the gal working knew exactly that I was just dropping off Nespresso pods and happily took them from me and I was on my way. I already have a full bag at home again so you know I'll be back soon!

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!

I went to the print desk and there was a woman and her daughter standing there waiting for help and BEN - the Office Depot empoyee was on the phone (I later found out he was the manager on duty). He appeared to be on hold as he was speaking to the woman and her daughter. I asked if I needed to stand in line to use the printer (I had never done this before) and he was SO RUDE! He said I am trying to have a conversation on the phone and I only have 2 ears. (he said more but I was so shocked I didnt hear it all) The woman and her daughter looked at me in disbelief as well. I apologized and stated that I thought he was on hold. He continued to say rude things to me for interrupting him. I finished my printing and apoligized again. .He said nothing.. I went to check out with other items that I had and I told his coworker how rude he was to me. She said oh he is rude to everyone including me. She said that customers complain all the time and nothing is done about it. I filled out my survey to let Office Depot know how rude he was and haven't heard anything back. You know, it only takes a minute to be kind. There is no reason to be spoken to the way I was.
