The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!

And they even return them to the fence on those days. I worked on the back of a truck as a teenager during summer months. These collection people are the BEST. It's a very tough job!

This company is non-responsive. o We need to have our trash cart replaced. We have called three…read moretimes, and they keep saying they are going to do it, yet it has been a week and a half and this is a safety issue. They told us on 6/23 when my wife called that they would exchange it by Friday, 6/26 so we put it up the driveway on Thursday, 6/25. Then no action. The cart is broken. They came and collected out trash on Sunday, 6/29 and left the cart on its side at the end of the driveway and this is a safety concern as we live on a very busy road (old 169 highway). I called them again on Tuesday, 6/30 and told them about it and the rep said that I would receive a call back that day. No call happened. They did send an email that afternoon stating, "they have escalated your cart swap to dispatch- should be completing shortly.". Yet again no call. And no action. It stayed at the end of the driveway. Then I called again on Wednesday, 7/1 and asked to speak to a supervisor, which they could not get me. Again, no call back. They said they would build another ticket and escalate. Here we are on Thursday, 7/2 and still no action. I have even messaged their CEO Dustin Reynolds, in LinkedIn, and again no response. We are paying for a cart that we cannot use. I have left my number each time and zero callbacks. This is ridiculous!

Superior is the trash service I chose when Deffenbaugh screwed up my billing and were beyond rude…read moreabout it. Sorry, Deffenbaugh, but you have to treat your customers better, especially when you make a mistake. So Superior is currently our trash service and does a fine job overall. They seem to be honest about what they do. They actually do send different trucks around to pick up recycling versus regular trash or yard waste. Unfortunately, I know that Deffenbaugh has been caught in the past not actually recycling recyclable trash, and I do feel confident that Superior is not doing that which makes me very happy as a tree hugger. But as a tree hugger, I have been loathe to give up my old trash cans that are perfectly functional. I have two of the smaller "retro" trash cans for "regular" trash and it's rare when they're both full because we recycle so much, but when they are both full, sometimes they don't empty them both. I think we're supposed to get one of the great big rolling trash cans instead of our two small ones, but again, it's my issue as a tree hugger and we'll likely have to give in at some point. Maybe they can recycle the old trash cans?

This week, both the trash and the recyclables still sit at my curb. Last week they credited me $13, to cover two weeks of failed service. Really? I pay them $175 every three months. Pretty sure they're the most expensive hauler of the bunch, and they had missed (at that time) four weeks. The math does not add up.
