The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!

This company is non-responsive. o We need to have our trash cart replaced. We have called three…read moretimes, and they keep saying they are going to do it, yet it has been a week and a half and this is a safety issue. They told us on 6/23 when my wife called that they would exchange it by Friday, 6/26 so we put it up the driveway on Thursday, 6/25. Then no action. The cart is broken. They came and collected out trash on Sunday, 6/29 and left the cart on its side at the end of the driveway and this is a safety concern as we live on a very busy road (old 169 highway). I called them again on Tuesday, 6/30 and told them about it and the rep said that I would receive a call back that day. No call happened. They did send an email that afternoon stating, "they have escalated your cart swap to dispatch- should be completing shortly.". Yet again no call. And no action. It stayed at the end of the driveway. Then I called again on Wednesday, 7/1 and asked to speak to a supervisor, which they could not get me. Again, no call back. They said they would build another ticket and escalate. Here we are on Thursday, 7/2 and still no action. I have even messaged their CEO Dustin Reynolds, in LinkedIn, and again no response. We are paying for a cart that we cannot use. I have left my number each time and zero callbacks. This is ridiculous!

Unhelpful. Probably adequate for copies. I shipped a gift through here to Canada, and was not informed of Canadian taxes and customs. UPS tried to deliver the gift COD and it was send away. Th UPS customer center said it could be billed to me but it would have be done at the UPS store. My second trip in, the clerk seemed surprised to learn any of this was possible and told me I would have to come back a 3rd time to talk the owner, in 2 days, and in the mean time she couldn't even reschedule the shipment. Early in the day I made my third trip to find it had already been delivered and my friends billed for their gift. I am not complaining about the cost or the government taxes, I'm angry that the two clerks were not aware of how to to their jobs (shipping to Canada from the US is pretty common), and the CSR who did seem to know the procedure but couldn't help. This store an example of poorly trained staff and the poor customer support and inflexibility from the larger UPS organization. read more

The only time you see them is when they are about to close. Then they come out to just take easy orders like picking up mail or dropping off. Management is horrible there and they don't mind leaving that one employee (usually the last one through the door of employment) to do all while they do zero. They run out of things like stamps etc. I felt like I was in line at a communist country. And management's arrogance over nothing is unmatched. I always feel sorry for that one employee left with zero help. Shame on management at this office. You are horrible and should not even been ever promoted nor paid as you don't do anything to help your employees it customers.
