With this in mind I called this facility for my own storage needs to ask about rates and if it might also go up after several months or if the price was reliable long term. At first the woman I spoke seemed very professional and knowledgeable. But she began to give me the run around. Not only do their prices change seasonally, they can't tell you how much a unit will cost more than 10 days in advance because they do dynamic pricing (lots of units available = cheaper). I understand this approach to pricing but it was as if she was doing her very best not to admit it by giving me long, unnecessarily complicated explanations and repeating herself rather than saying it simply, as I just did for this review. I moved on to another question. Is there an option for committing for a longer period of time (ie: 1 year) for a better rate or to guarantee the same price every month? While she mentioned that we are welcome to prepay for a year, she would not directly say if this was or not a possibility to guarantee our rate for any period of time. Then she went back into describing dynamic pricing again. Either she is the worst communicator in the world, or she was trying to avoid having to say, "no, there's no way to guarantee your rent will not go up after you move in. She also alluded to it all comes down to what I might be able to "negotiate with the manager." Sounds like trying to buy a car! I finally gave up when it was clear she was never going to give me a straight answer.

They also have carts at multiple entrances which is very handy. The app is extremely convenient and user friendly. You can do everything from paying your rent to remote access to the building. And last but not least, the best part of this specific location is the owner/manger, Matthew! Matthew is not only knowledgeable but he has some of the best customer service I've ever seen. This guy truly cares about the quality of his units and helping his customers find the best storage solutions at the best rates. I'd rent anything from that guy in a heartbeat and I'll be recommending all my friends and family to this location!

The facility provides various flat moving carts that are conveniently stored just inside the doors. The loading/unloading area is well-lit and very close to the doors. I researched this online briefly, made an appointment, dropped my car off for service, and was able to pick it up same day with a 1 1/4" hitch receiver installed. Sounds simple, right? Well, that's because it is. I needed this hitch receiver so that I could use a tray or a bike rack for a myriad of purposes, and at just over $250 to install, this is exactly what I needed. Samantha was super helpful, very responsive, and even answered my silly questions with a smile on her face. Outstanding service and outstanding experience!
