The sliced brisket was just a little dry. It wasn't bad. The sausage was amazing. It is housemade with green onions and incredible. I generally don't care for sausages that are different, but this one is exceptional and everyone at the table tried it and loved it. The pulled pork was fresh, which is super important and delicious! Wonderful smoky flavor and super tender. They know exactly what they're doing with pork. I'm gonna say that the beans here are the best in the metro. I'm very particular and I don't like beans that are too sweet like Slaps. Those gag me. The Filling Station beans are absolute perfection. Other reviews say the same. The creamy coleslaw was wonderful! My wife put it on her pulled pork sandwich and I had a little bit for dessert because it's sweet.
