Their own website is advertising the exact same spot for $94/month AND a free first month for new renters. So loyal customers? Gouged. New customers? Coddled. I called the number posted on the door, but it was just an automated line. Later that day, I finally reached someone and explained the situation. I was told I'd be charged a $29 service fee to cancel, but they'd "probably take care of it." I was told someone would call me--no one ever did. After several follow-ups, I received a small refund for the lock they require you to rent, but not the full $161 I had paid. My cancellation was being treated as if I had moved out, even though I never moved in. Eventually, I was told I'd receive a full refund by check (not back to my card) within 3-4 weeks. Five weeks later--nothing. I called again, was reassured the check was coming, and was told it would include the $29 fee. When the check finally arrived, it was missing the $29 fee I was told would be refunded. Nearly two months later, I'm still out the $29 and have spent far too much time chasing down something that should have been handled in a single phone call. A little bit of basic customer service or human decency could have gone a long way. Very disappointing experience. I'll be sure to recommend my friends and family look elsewhere.
