Like one ladies mail keeps getting delivered to my home. I looked her up online and her obituary says she's been dead for some time. I explained this to the large guy with glasses behind the counter and he asks why she's dead. Great job at missing the point entirely. You all also have a habit of delivering my mail to the wrong address. One of the addresses is 1600 Candlelight Dr, Las Cruces, NM 88011. If I get more than 1 package in a week you deliver it to someone else. You do this all the time. I now have video evidence of your person NOT delving my mail on the day she says she did. I sent you this video and surprise, you did nothing. There was a time were they use to just hand my mail to whatever jackass that would standing near my mailbox. If someone comes to this post office and asks for my mail ahead of time they'll literally just give it to whoever. They've wrongfully given my packages (both being sent and received) to whoever. I tried to send a friend in Canada some stuff and they wrongfully handed it over to people who were stalking me.

And the front door was open on a Sunday, so it was nice to walk inside the itty bitty post office and drop off the letter. Too bad I didn't have time to take a quick photo -the exterior of this location had a real cute "Southwest" look to it. It blended in just nicely with the other buildings in downtown Mesilla.

People walked in and immediately walked out because of how long the line was and because of how big the package drop off pile was. People were concerned about where to leave the package and whether it would be seen or fall off the overflowing pile. Some people were there only to buy stamps. What a wild time to wait almost an hour to only buy stamps. I was there because a package was allegedly delivered to my mailbox but it wasn't and there wasn't a parcel locker key left nor was it left at my door. The idea that I had to track down my package and still never receive it is wild to me. The post office is sad, poorly lit, and depressing inside. Honestly, not my favorite place and I genuinely go out of my way to not go to any post office or use USPS. The service is so unreliable. I wish I had something good to say but I simply don't.

As someone who is disabled, I was getting sick walking into the store because it has a scented oil…read moreplugged in as soon as you walk in. I get ocular migraines which can impact my vision. I believe this is most likely against corporate policy. It should be inclusive to people who also suffer from disabilities like migraines, allergies, and asthma. I did send an email, but the plug in is still there. I'm not trying to walk into a perfume shop, I'm just trying to get my package delivered. Response: I appreciate it, but you should also look at it that if you have an employee that has disabilities like this which are a protected class under the ADA. You are potentially setting up UPS to get sued if you do not accommodate. That's why most corporations have these policies for a reason. I would reach out to your corporate HR to confirm.

This place did not disappoint…read more Although Mesa or La Mesa as it is called is a teeny tiny town here in New Mexico just south of Las Cruces I found it to be one of those places where you could probably get all the news about town if you just talked to the lady behind the counter who was most probably the postmaster of Lamesa. I had one small package I needed to mail that did not get out the door before we left home so so I said to my wife lets to pull over at the next post office because we had just gone by one and there it was a few miles later. Everyone was polite and helpful and so nice really. She even had a restaurant recommendation and guess what I thought that was just the icing on the cake for very nice. She checked my sloppy handwriting and told me the machine would be able to read it and told me a little bit about how things get sorted and fixed in those automatic machines and I just said well that's above and beyond one more time. I recently found out that UPS stores are not operated by UPS, but by third party businesses. I've…read morenever had an issue here mailing or picking up a package but if you need any other UPS service then you have to call the customer service line because the people here can't help you. I was having an issue rerouting a package to be picked up here instead of my residence (it required a signature and I wasn't going to be home) but I was told that UPS has to take care of it on their end because this place is just a waypoint. Good to know, but disappointing as I had already tried the customer service line and wasn't able to resolve my issue. I wasn't allowed to speak with an actual person and the automated phone tree did not give me an option for rerouting my package.
