I went in there to get a government document after speaking to the people at the county building. I have never been there before and I walked in and found it to be a very clean establishment and I walked up to the customer service section and was asked if I was here to pick up an order and I said no I just needed some paperwork and the lady said it's over there in that other section. I wasn't exactly sure which document I needed and so I went back to her. I said can you help me out and she goes just look at whatever the label says on the copy you have and go look for that name. I must say this is hands-down one of the most unprofessional businesses that have ever been to. it's kind of strange because everybody's striving for business and everybody complains when local businesses aren't getting enough business to stay up and running, but I have to admit the way I was treated was absolutely horrible. Unless it's absolutely necessary I will never visit this establishment again and will tell absolutely everybody I know to avoid it as well.
