I recently found out that UPS stores are not operated by UPS, but by third party businesses. I've never had an issue here mailing or picking up a package but if you need any other UPS service then you have to call the customer service line because the people here can't help you. I was having an issue rerouting a package to be picked up here instead of my residence (it required a signature and I wasn't going to be home) but I was told that UPS has to take care of it on their end because this place is just a waypoint. Good to know, but disappointing as I had already tried the customer service line and wasn't able to resolve my issue. I wasn't allowed to speak with an actual person and the automated phone tree did not give me an option for rerouting my package. read more

I have disabilities and the scented plug in makes me sick with migraines. Most businesses today's don't do this as to stay inclusive to their customers. A person with a disability such as migraines, asthma, or allergies should walk into a corporate owned store and not expect this. I will be looking at other options of service. read more

Had me on hold. For 15 minutes. Ended up driving there while on hold. I enter the store. 0 customers. 3 employees doing nothing. I ask why they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Went to print 2 pieces of paper. They tried to charge me MORE than what is posted for thier prices. I had to point thier sign out to them. Then they magically changed the price down. This review is for the UPS store in Las Cruces, NM at2001 E.Lohman Ave #110 Everyone at this store are very nice and kind to all customers even though they a very busy. I am writing in particular about employee Aaron Thompson who has helped me many times and he is one of the nicest people to work with. He is fast but very nice and helpful. I am a senior citizen and he takes time to show me how to use my mobile phone when I come in to mail back merchandise. I now can get in there fast and do my business and leave quickly. The huge problem with this location is you get accosted immediately after you exit the business by reps for the Dare program!!! I have listened to their lengthy pitch already twice now. I use this business almost once a week so i get sooo tired of having to encounter them every time i need to go to ups! It gets crazy because T-Mobile has a stand on the side of the door also!!!! Please tell these reps to back off and stop ambushing customers for donations or to sell us cell phones!! Im going to take my business elsewhere I promise!! read more

Do not use to mail any packages you did not already pack at this store. I brought a 48 X 48 X 1/8 inch item for them to build a box and pack and mail. They charged me, kept the item in their care and said it would be packed and shipped the next day. They didn't return my calls for a week I had to come down to the store to make sure in person they sent it out that day. It arrived damaged under the bubble wrap which means they damaged it in the store before I paid them to wrap it. Unbelievable incompetence. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

What amazing customer service! I was greeted with a smile and my needs were taken care of promptly and accurately. Irasema provided me with answers to my questions about UPS's services and was extremely kind in her interactions with me. I needed additional services which are not provide at UPS so Irasema was extremely helpful in helping locate a place for those services. As if this wasn't enough, Irasema went above and beyond in caring, compassionate customer service by bringing a chair from behind the counter for an elderly gentleman to sit in while he waited for his copies.
