Completely Incompetent!!!!! My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary that were to be delivered on Friday, but they never came. we see FEDEX trucks throughout our neighborhood on the weekends, so I know they DO work weekends. I've had many things delivered to me on the weekends, but no flowers Saturday, No flowers Sunday. I get a call on MONDAY, that they had a delivery for me, but the driver couldn't find my address. WHAT?? How ridiculous. Its not like I live in a remote area, AND I've had things delivered many times. I called BS, but she wanted directions to my house, which I gave annoyingly gave her and told her to have the guy put it in his GPS. He delivered my package, left in on my wall in the direct sun (101 degree temps, THANKS), and not that it was 3 days later, (Like do you only have Mon-Fri workers? SMH) I discovered that there were chocolate covered strawberries inside (Should have known when the box said SHERI'S BERRIES) sitting in the sun ALL DAY!!!! The berries were spoiled and the temp in the box was about 81 degrees!! They should have been there FRIDAY! I went yesterday to ship a hazardous material package that I needed to return. I clerk sent me away with a 1-800 Fed Ex phone number. I went home and called the number. The Fed Ex person was useless he gave me an another phone number of a company in Texas that ships hazardous materials. I didn't bother to call. The hazardous material was Category 2.1. I called UPS they told me to bring the Material Safety Data Sheet for the product and that is all they needed to ship this package. Needless to say the employees at UPS are better trained. read more
