They are a great option when you can't go anywhere or do much but the service and fees need some work. Charging a fee for delivery to each place is quite insane especially if then places are close to each other. It's really frustrating when you wanna order food from one place in Starbucks from somewhere else and they charge you two delivery fees. Now that they've worked on the website it's much easier to use and I can honestly say I'll be using it more often

Somehow they managed to make something work in our little city that is usually reserved for larger cities. I am happy to pay the new fee, and the tip! But, they also know what my cap is and what I think is unreasonable.
