I've used these guys a handful of times. I have had them pick up and drop off ups packages, deliver groceries and food. They are a great option when you can't go anywhere or do much but the service and fees need some work. Charging a fee for delivery to each place is quite insane especially if then places are close to each other. It's really frustrating when you wanna order food from one place in Starbucks from somewhere else and they charge you two delivery fees. I use these guys ALL the time! The $6 delivery fee is more than worth it. I don't have to load the kids up and drag them out. They have picked up everything from food to children's Tylenol to milk for me!! Always great service and always very prompt! UPDATE : They did update their delivery fee. Which is fine. As a frequent user of their service, I speak to the owners often as they are the ones who answer the phones. They are awesome people with an awesome service. Somehow they managed to make something work in our little city that is usually reserved for larger cities. I am happy to pay the new fee, and the tip! But, they also know what my cap is and what I think is unreasonable. read more

I have to almost completely disagree with Kandi. These guys rock hard. I can't tell you how long I've been waiting for a service like this in town. As an added bonus, they're super friendly. I agree, it is a bummer that there are multiple delivery charges for multiple stops, but I understand why it's that way. Sure, sometimes the stops may be close together, but sometimes they'll be across town from each other. They can't really run a business where they have pay attention to where the stops are for every single order and try to charge for them appropriately. Regarding gas prices not reflecting fees, what about paying the employees? We're talking about a service that, for $6.00, will drive anywhere in town, pick something up, and deliver it anywhere else in town. I would say that's extremely reasonable.
