They are a great option when you can't go anywhere or do much but the service and fees need some work. Charging a fee for delivery to each place is quite insane especially if then places are close to each other. It's really frustrating when you wanna order food from one place in Starbucks from somewhere else and they charge you two delivery fees. Now that they've worked on the website it's much easier to use and I can honestly say I'll be using it more often

As a frequent user of their service, I speak to the owners often as they are the ones who answer the phones. They are awesome people with an awesome service. Somehow they managed to make something work in our little city that is usually reserved for larger cities. I am happy to pay the new fee, and the tip! But, they also know what my cap is and what I think is unreasonable.

They called and clarified how we wanted our food cooked and gave us a chance to make a substitution for an item. One thing that could have been a problem but luckily wasn't: you are able to choose the delivery time and we chose 12:30 but they arrived a little after 12:00. Luckily we were home because of the whole "stay at home" order. That being said, they will be my first choice for delivery and will gladly use again.
