Charging a fee for delivery to each place is quite insane especially if then places are close to each other. It's really frustrating when you wanna order food from one place in Starbucks from somewhere else and they charge you two delivery fees. Now that they've worked on the website it's much easier to use and I can honestly say I'll be using it more often

As a frequent user of their service, I speak to the owners often as they are the ones who answer the phones. They are awesome people with an awesome service. Somehow they managed to make something work in our little city that is usually reserved for larger cities. I am happy to pay the new fee, and the tip! But, they also know what my cap is and what I think is unreasonable.

When questioned, she explicitly stated that it was store policy even though it was not written anywhere, including the menu. As a result of this poor service, I will definitely not be returning even though I was a previous fan of this restaurant. Edit- someone called and asked if it was store policy to automatically add gratuity for parties of 5. It was not store policy, as another worker said it was parties of 6+. I was not allowed to speak with anyone in the store and was only allowed to complain about my situation with the promise it would be researched and notes made for future customers. We also ordered sauces which are 50 cents each, I believe and didn't get them. The sandwiches didn't have any sauce or cheese so my family complained they were dry. Uber made it right but I won't get into this type of situation again.

They are still operating out of their food truck, at this time, because their gas and air conditioning has not been hooked up yet. There are four or five tables under the canopy for seating. The operators of their establishment are super friendly. My wife had the Cali Smash Burger (with cheese, tomato, pickle and sauce). and I had the Cali Animal loaded French fries (topped with cheese, grilled onions, chopped burger and hot dog). Everything was delicious and served quickly.
