I wasn't sure how big the meat section was going to be, it is small and quaint but quality meat. There was also a nice selection of teas and coffees with some being local choices. I also saw some local made soap and honey which I love. I love supporting local and small businesses. Even though I purchased nothing last night, I'll be back for another shopping trip. I think this place is probably more ideal for fresh foods for a meal that day rather than a big grocery shop.

When we walked in, we were greeted by a young man who asked if this was our first time there and provided instructions on how to order and what to expect. We were greeted at the counter by a young man who helped further by offering samples of their BBQ meats. Service was very good. We ordered 1/2 pound of brisket and 1/2 pound of pulled pork along with many sides including smalls of potato salad, coleslaw, creamed corn, and a large beans. It came with white or wheat bread. Let's get to the meat, brisket was very good, the pulled pork was juicy. Coleslaw was mayo based not vinegar based. The potato salad and creamed corn stole the show. So good! Beans were good too. Inside was large picnic tables and a country store vibe. As always we ask would we go back? "Meh, idk" was Amanda's answer. We may try another location before going back.
