I decided to hire her for dinner services since she was the only chef in the area to respond to my request. The food was less than mediocre/salty, and her prices were well above the average chefs. I did not complain, and I gave her a 20% tip. I decided to give her another try, so I requested a breakfast quote, but she tried to charge an outlandish fee of $700 for two people. I questioned the charges, and she decided to drop the price to $500. I texted her multiple times before the scheduled date, but she never responded. A week before services, I reached out to her, and she finally responded five days before the scheduled appointment. She told me she had a cold, so she could not respond, and she would be unable to provide services for the planned date. I have never known anyone suffering from a cold who could not contact the client well in advance and inform them they could not make the scheduled appointment. I would be leery of hiring her and ensuring she provides an itemized list of all your requests. Experience is a good teacher.

The bbq pork is also very good, smoky and tender. I didn't like the bbq sauce as much as the one from Rollin'Smoke. I got some leftover bbq sauce and it was amazing with the pork. The portions are HUGE for $12 and they said sometimes they get slammed and sometimes they're slow like when I came today at lunch.
