Despite traveling from Dallas, my experience at this venue was incredibly disappointing. Irma's treatment was utterly disrespectful. I had arranged a meeting with her three weeks in advance, providing ample time for her to cancel if necessary. Sadly, upon arriving, there was no warm welcome. All she said was, "I forgot to cancel you," without even an apology. She shut the doors on our face. Tuscany Halls hosted our reception and dance for our wedding this past February. Our previous hall…read moredropped us because of COVID three months before our wedding date. Because of this, we had to begin our search again and, thanks to a Facebook ad, reached out to Tuscany Halls for a quote. From the moment we met Monica, we knew we wanted to work with her. From the moment we stepped into Siena Hall, we knew we were in the perfect place for our Disney wedding. We also loved that it was such a big and airy space and felt more than comfortable inviting around 250 guests (the exact number escapes me at this moment) as COVID was becoming less of a threat around the world. For those three months, we worked hard with Monica and she pulled everything off wonderfully. She was so attentive to us, and made it such a memorable and easy process for us. We even got our cake and photographer/videographer from referrals by Tuscany Halls, and they were so great!! Honestly, we can't say enough great things about Tuscany Halls. Our guests had so many compliments about the place and the food, and the photos show how much fun everyone was having! Monica and her team gave us an experience we never thought we could have in El Paso, on our budget, and despite COVID, they gave us great memories, great stories, and such delicious food!!! We highly recommend Tuscany Halls!

Last night our organization held its annual formal. The venue made it easy for them to get an all in one. They had open space to receive folks coming in. That included a nook that had a photo booth (included). The event allowed for live and DJ proctored music, but for whatever reason the sound for the live portions of the event were not as loud as the DJ that may have been connected to the sound system. It seemed like the sound over the dance floor was plenty loud enough. I like that they have a dedicated parking lot. Our event organizers arranged for security and it felt safe The light effects were pretty good. The mood from the ambient light was sufficient to make it seem intimate, but not so dark that you couldn't find your table or trip over the tables. The caterers, who I'm not sure were part of the venue were lacking. Their team on the ground were nice, but the food was meh. I will leave it at that. There were three different bar areas, the main bar was towards the back and had the longest lines, but if you're a beer guy, they had a separate trough/bar that had shorter lines. I felt Tuscany Hills provided our event organizers their moneys worth. We had a great time.

The food truck is at The Boardwalk at Rickys' off Zaragoza across from the Oasis Lanes Bowling alley. Easy enough to find a parking spot if you want to order and go or enough seating areas in case you want to enjoy on-site. I'll be honest that there were a few speed bumps with the changing of the wedding planners and some details falling through the cracks, but damn did they knock it out of park when push comes to shove and their team made sure the day of was everything we planned since first booking. Grace Gardens is an absolute gorgeous venue and my family was able to secure the 4th of July weekend in 2019 due to a last minute cancellation (granted this last minute cancellation was like 12 months in advance). Their loss, our gain lol. We reserved the grand ballroom which is a perfect blank canvas to transform any occasion to your needs. Everytime I flew into town to go in with my family for updates, etc., they definitely take event planning serious. Here's some things to keep in mind: -You can rent glassware directly from them or bring in your own -You can bring in your own dessert vendors (as long as it's something that they cannot offer) -They have a beautiful room where you can build out your table settings. You can select platings, table clothes, linens, style of chairs, and SO MUCH MORE -They have direct contacts for florals and they'll make sure they're setup for you. -Rent out the patio seating. It serious elevates the mood. - They have some beautiful scenery props you can rent out and utilize. Such as the floating candle wall and white orchid trees. -Hiring bartenders and staff is SO REASONABLE. $100 per bartender for event. -You can supply your own LIQUOR for the bar #WINNING The day of logistics and service from the Grace Garden team was outstanding and everything went along so amazing. From the cocktail hour in the reception featuring various horderves and beverages (we were allowed to bring in a string quartet) to the custom gobo we had for our sister and BIL made which they happily placed on the dance floor. The grand ballroom is a dream and seriously the staff throughout the evening was surreal. I highly recommend this venue. Beautiful views, quality service, expert staff, and most importantly the creation of priceless memories. I'm certain I'm missing so much more but just know that they really are a 5 star venue space.

Then you have Benir who is in charge of the food and bakery. My husband was in charge of selecting the food and the cake and they instantly hit it off. She kept the process of selecting the food and cake fun and easy. She designed our cake for us because we had no idea what we wanted it to look like. It was awesome and tasted even better!
