Even though I try to eat vegan foods from time to time...I wasn't in the mood when I visited Healthy Shack. I decided to go with their brisket tacos. They weren't bad! The brisket and veggies were tasty. I didn't really taste any cheese or salsa in them. I feel like these two items could make or break a taco. I also didn't receive any chile/salsa on the side! I thought that was kind of weird! It's hard for me to eat a taco without a side of chile/salsa! I was starving so I tried not to think about it too much. Sorry but just for these two items alone, I have to deduct a star. It's sort of like a cardinal sin (imo) to eat a taco without salsa and cheese! There was some type of sauce in the taco but it wasn't like the green or red salsa I'm used to. Am I overreacting? I don't think so. Lol. They feature an inside area where you can sample different types of wines and they also have a large room where you can host special events. They offer three free tastings. You can then purchase wine by the glass by the bottle or enjoy flights. They have plenty of seating in the outside area with rocking chairs or picnic tables and if you get hungry, they do have a food truck where you can purchase barbecue themed dishes, or charcuterie boards. If you visit on a Saturday or Sunday, they have live music from 12 to 4 PM. Make sure to get there early as it gets pretty packed and most seats will be taken if you arrive after 2 PM. You can also bring your own chairs just in case there's no seating available. They do have a resident indoor cat named truffles. If you're inside you'll probably get to meet him. Highly recommended.

The beautiful architecture and open landscaping made for the perfect location and backdrop for our Fall wedding. We also loved, and appreciated, the history and story behind the structure itself. We had regular check-ins with him to ensure everything was progressing as planned. He also offered several helpful suggestions for local retailers that were knowledgable and reliable. Once it go to the week of our wedding, Alvaro was also a great deal of help with finalizing some of those last-minute details. The serving staff were also fantastic. Throughout the evening, they made sure all guests had full glasses and were quick to clear tables when necessary.
