    UPS customer service was absolutely terrible. They lost my package and then spent an entire month…read moregiving me the runaround instead of actually helping me find it. Every time I called, I got a different answer and no real updates. Even the supervisor was completely unhelpful and acted like they didn't care at all. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and customer support was beyond frustrating. A month later and still no resolution. I expected way better from a company this big. Extremely disappointed.

    I normally come to this location from time to time. Anyway, tonight I had to do a review about this…read morelocation. So I walk in the store there were absolutely no customers. Go to the counter and I speak this little no good unprofessional employee. He never says a word. I pull up my scan code. I hand him my package. Then he hands me the receipt I say thank you again he says absolutely nothing. A damn MUTE! Really you're working with the public and that's how you treat customers. Does anyone want to do their jobs anymore. There's absolutely no reason why you shouldn't be greeting your customers when they walk in to your business. Hello, Have a great Evening it's that simple. Unprofessional at its finest. And the other employee was standing playing on his cell. So they get paid for what?? Smh

    Overcharged by over $200!!! After shipping a 19.4lb box…read more(24x24x16) with a $10k declared value which typically ships for $156.64 per UPS.com I was charged $371.61 by this store. Per UPS Store Customer Satisfaction, each UPS store can set their own price for insurance which is apparently much higher than standard UPS rates. Buyer beware! I called The UPS Store at 12220 Chattanooga Plaza, Midlothian, VA 23112 and they would charge $223.11, so still over $150 less than this store. All of this would have been fine except for the insistence (incorrectly) of the regular employee, the manager, and (supposedly the store owner via phone) all said "that is the same price you'll get at any UPS". Which is NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. The Manager was short with me and cut me off several times. No one was able to explain the dramatic difference in price. Only that they charge $4 for every $100 of declared value. Which adds up to more than my total ($10,000/$100*$4=$400 for insurance) but package was $329.75 for just the insurance per UPS Customer Service. So really THIS UPS Store charge $3.2975/$100 of insured value compared to ±$1.8125/$100 value at the Chattanooga Plaza location. Lastly, when I asked repeatedly for the store owner, I got more lip and was told to leave before the police were called. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't curse. I didn't use anything resembling foul language. But I was cut off and treated like I was trying to scam them or something. Well I certainly won't be using this UPS Store any time soon. Estes explanation of drop was - we don't deliver to residential with gravel driveways-item must be dropped at street.This shipping company has been in business for 90+ years and apparently they are unaware of a "all terrain pallet jack" for delivery to driveways with gravel.Estes had a litany of excuses why they could not deliver to my property (beyond drainage cuvert)- - no piggie back,no co driver,no smaller trucks,no pallet jack that can navigate gravel,no driver cannot back truck up into driveway making a 5 point turn etc....The delivery of 4'ft bathroom vanity was overwhelmingly vexing of a challenge for this 90 yr old freight company.Finally making a last ditch polite phone call to Richmond based office and sharing the pro#( acronym for professional:Not!) the employee asked me to get a truck/or did I have a truck to come and pick it up --- and this is a want to be residential shipping company?

    During our visit to the post office today, we observed an interaction that raised some serious…read moreconcerns. Andy, a staff member, was yelling, discourteous, and unprofessional towards a customer. Unbeknownst to him, a USPS mediator was in line behind the lady and intervened without de-escalation in Andy's rude behavior. It is disheartening to witness anyone being treated poorly. I want to express my appreciation for the other patrons in the post office who voiced their support for the woman and her young daughters. Andy's behavior was unacceptable. This time it was 9:00 am and no one was in line ... wow that's a first. The clerk was friendly and welcoming. I complimented her on how well stocked the front was. Neat and organized. She expressed how she does this every morning she works. All your postal needs were there. Different size packing boxes and envelopes, cards, priority mail flat rate boxes and envelopes. A variety of stamps for all of us who still Send Mail. Yes I grabbed some. I was a happy customer when I left. Thank you Chester Post Office for all your hard work at delivering our mail.
